I am very satisfied with the plant I ordered online. It is in perfect condition. Clean, pest free and above all carefully delivered. The person who helped me through chat was approachable and answered questions. The delivery driver was polite and informed me about the delivery time, He also sent a picture of what I bought before leaving Dubai. Even my cats approved their plants. Highly recommend green souq. I received my beautiful plants in time, nicely potted for a really fair price. Mr. SARWAR handled the delivery with care for both, the plants and the customer. The plants and service exeeded my expectations by far.

Very unhappy with both the service and the products. My order arrived 10 days later.. even though the stated delivery time was 1–3 days. I wouldn’t have minded the delay if they had communicated properly. I followed up after a week and the replies kept changing. First, they excused was a high number of orders. Then they said it would arrive the next day. Still nothing. I asked to cancel, and only then did they tell me that some of the plants I ordered were actually out of stock. This should have been communicated from the beginning. They also mentioned that new plant stocks would be “better”, but clearly that wasn’t the case. Very disappointing experience.

So happy with my wonderful cactus! Asim did great delivering the cactus as soon as possible! Came in intact, looks so healthy and the pot was decorated with white little stones, just what I asked for. Very reliable vendor of the healthiest plants!

I had a very bad experience from the online store. 1. The items received were different from what I ordered. 2. One product arrived opened and improperly re-sealed. Photos will be attached for clarification. للأسف، كانت تجربتي سيئة جدا. استلمت بضائع مختلفة عما طلبت ( تم استبدالها بمنتجات أقل قيمة دون إشعاري مسبقًا)، بالإضافة إلى وصول أحد المنتجات مفتوحًا ومعاد إغلاقه بطريقة غير لائقة. سيتم إرفاق الصور للتوضيح.

have ordered twice from Green Souq and have been disappointed both times. First time they delivered really sub-standard portulaca that never flowered in 1 year. I really thought it was one off and wont repeat. Second time, the arabian jasmine was infested with mites and caterpillars that i had to treat for days to make it live; Mint was infested with spider mites and ruined my basil also next to it; alternanthera was infested with baby snails and out of 48 saplings we ordered, 20 were usable and rest were thrown. I know this place is relatively affordable but not worth the damage their products can cause to the priceless garden.

I ordered 5 plants and received 1 perfect rosemary and 4 yellow plants, exactly as shown in the photos. I don’t understand how I can pay to receive plants that are already in poor condition. I had to contact customer service and follow up four times just to request a replacement. After all that, I received plants that were even more yellow and in worse condition than the first delivery. This is really disappointing. Honestly, it feels like the perfect place to order dead plants.

Just got some indoor plants ( Boston Fern, Creeping Fig variegated, Peace Lilly & Fiddle leaf). I'm really impressed! The plants are gorgeous and clearly well cared for. The staff was super friendly and gave great tips. I’m definitely coming back for more!

Ali Delivery service just brought my fig and mulberry trees and they are much bigger than I expected them to be and really nice!
