I would like to raise a complaint regarding the behavior of one of the security guards. Unfortunately, he often speaks disrespectfully to citizens, raises his voice, and does not treat us with the professionalism and courtesy expected in this environment. On multiple occasions, when we approach him to ask politely about parking, he responds by shouting and saying, “Go away,” without offering any assistance. This behavior is unacceptable and creates a very negative experience. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter.

Very bad experience with Malik properties…. I don’t recommend this agence. They never refund entirely our deposit. Using excuses and fixing partially our apt.

Ideal for startups! The Commercial Tower offers a professional setting for small businesses. The location is great, but the washrooms and moving space are a bit tight. Despite minor inconveniences, it's a solid choice for aspiring entrepreneurs.

One of the worst management of this tower ... We bring food deliveries here.. First thing we have to go b1 level than waiting looooong for service elevator.. No one is care about food is become cold . Customers didn't want to come down . The best solution is all deliveries should leaving at B1 level and go ... Please save rider time

Grosvenor Business Tower offers good office spaces with a nice layout and excellent views, making it a pleasant place to work. The location is very convenient, especially being close to Dubai Internet City Metro Station. However, there are a few drawbacks. During peak hours in the morning and evening, the lifts can be quite slow and crowded, which is a bit inconvenient. Another point is that the bathrooms are common for the entire floor, so they don’t always match the standard of the office space itself. Overall, it’s a decent business tower with great office spaces and views, but the facilities and lift system could be improved.

"In this building, the service lift is only for delivery riders, but they are not respected. Everyone else uses the service lift, and delivery riders are not allowed to use the other lifts. They have to walk up to the floor."

I would not recommend this building for corporate offices. The space is severely overcrowded, and waiting for the elevator is a constant hassle. Each floor is packed with tenants, and the office spaces are often over-occupied beyond the legal limit, which could be a concern if the land department or municipality conducts a raid. The washrooms are in poor condition—unsanitary, broken, and generally unhygienic. It's a challenging environment for employees and not suitable for hosting corporate guests, vendors, or suppliers. Overall, this building lacks the professionalism and basic amenities one would expect for a corporate setting. Due to over crowded it's not a safe place at the time of fire or natural disaster.

I really enjoyed working with Leizel — they are super straightforward, clear, and efficient. Everything was done precisely and on time. Especially for newcomers to the UAE market, these guys are a truly reliable support and a strong protector of your interests.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with @ayman.alsuwaidi / 26 Estates in Grosvenor Business Tower. He made false promises, did not fulfill agreements, and acted in a dishonest manner. I felt completely misled and deceived. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid doing business with him. I’m sharing my experience to help others avoid being scammed like I was. If anyone else had a similar experience, feel free to reach out to me.

Excellent business location. Very prestigious building. Good place to establish new business. It's a commercial tower with offices.
