Great service from Mr. Prashanth Sir Marthalli Branch Silver section (Anklet section)1st floor. he made us tired by showing multiple designs and new collections. He made sure the customer make purchase before the leave with his servicing skills. He explains how to maintain the silver ornaments and he helped us to polish the old silver within 5 minutes.

I visited GRT Jewellers recently and my experience was not very satisfying. The staff member who attended me kept speaking only in Kannada without even checking if I understood the language, which made communication quite difficult. It felt a bit uncomfortable as there was no effort to interact properly or make the customer feel at ease. Also, I did not find the designs very appealing or unique during my visit. Because of this, I decided not to purchase anything. Overall, the experience could have been much better with polite communication and better customer engagement.
