Bad experience, They don't have employee for installation of GTPL broadband so they will contact the local vendor and Local vendor will take extra 1500 or more money from customer. So don't use the GTPL, service is not good. I am still waiting from last 4 days for installation, Still not sure when they will do, Next time I won't use, This time I already paid the money don't have other option

Very bad service!! Never use again this GTPL. All staff are useless !! Shame on you all staff !!

Every second day I get a text message 'we are experiencing a network outage'. I have paid for 50 mbps plan because I'm working from home but the speed I get is worse than 2G. The customer care number is usually not reachable. Worst service provider ever! I regret wasting money on their pathetic internet plans.

GTPL has frequent blackouts in my area, making it highly unreliable for work or entertainment. There’s zero local support—whenever there's an issue, you’re left dealing with their useless customer care. Their so-called "support" is just scripted responses like a broken cassette. No matter what the issue is, they repeat the same stereotyped answers without actually resolving anything. Every complaint gets a standard response: "We are working on it. The issue will be resolved soon." — but nothing changes! If you’re looking for a stable internet connection with real customer support, stay far away from GTPL! Worst decision ever!

I am from ankleshwar (Gujarat) My Internet Not working more than 3 day. Complaint already registered after 24 hour not solve the problem and no any person visit to check issue. I used GTPL internet connection since 3 year. Presently last 4 day internet service stopped. I requested through WhatsApp and also call in customer care many time given reminder as well. No one bother for that. I think need to found better option as service is very poor. Very bad service. Need to go with other service providers.

Sabse ghatiya service provider hai ye ...jab bhi kuchh garden City me functions ya garba ya or kuchh bhi hota hai to sara internet waha provide karwa diya jata hai.hum bhi rupees bharte hai hamare yaha free nhi laga rhe ap log to hume service weak kyun....sabko equal kyun nhi....very bad service .....

Don't use GTPL broad band , every Saturday Sunday I suffer connection issue, and very worst service from GTPL, not recommended, i already call on customer care number continuously 2 days, and write mail .. but no any solution of my complaint from 6th may 2025 to till date 10th may 2025

I've been a customer for over 2 years, and I've consistently faced issues with my internet connection. Last month, my internet was completely down for 40 days. I reached out to the sales manager, Manoj, who was completely unresponsive to my concerns. His behavior was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I would strongly advise against choosing this internet service provider.

Totally frustrated.No care for customers go through no help nothing! Please don't opt for gtpl! My wifi has been down for over two weeks now I have no person taking responsibility! The person who sold me gtpl left job the technician who came to install quit the job! Customer care guy who called me once before quit the job!

Very bad experience GTPL Ankleshwar technical team is useless waste of money and time please do not take gtpl wifi connection. My GTPL connection working from last 4 days but no one resolve my issue and this is not one time i was face this issue many times.

Don't recommend to go with GTPL. They never response your call/ message evenafter continuous call/ message. Baddest service ever i faced. From last 10 days broadband was not working.Technical service team is exterimaly disappointed. no star for super talented Technical/Service team...without doing nothing they tried to solve the issue and customer continuous facing problem.

I have very very bad experience with gtpl. It's has been more than 14 days still no service person is came to fix the issue for internet. I urge the people never go for gtpl connection if there are not any other options.

Gtpl is very bed net network campani no response no servics wast your mani (gtpl net connection galti sa bhi na le 50mbbs ka plan ka pasa Lata hai advance me 1 year ka or 5 mbbs ki speed data hai or apka net connection dis connect ho jay to 10 days tak kohi thik karna ata nahi hai customer care me 24 hawar ka time data hai par 10 days tak kohi ata nahi roj roj customer care call karka kohi repair karna ata nahi hai plz plz gtpl sa nuskan hone sa bache or gtpl sa dur raha

Support Team is Great Pretender. Very Great (Worst) Service ever seen in my life. 30 days = 720 hrs & GTPL is not working for 700+ hrs.

One of the worst service provider in this area, never receives calls and never available in office. GTPL customer care says would do the work in 7 working days but a month passes still there is no response from this team. If there would be starts in minus i would surely give them (-10^infinity). They are slower than snail and would surely cancel your wfh if you are dependent on them for updates. Choose some another plan though it might b costly but would give better service than them.

Better to spend a little more and go for jio Fiber or Airtel Xtreme. Trust me, They're just here for sales, No after sale service. Facing breakdown since opted for connection at Indraprastha Residency. So if you're looking for reliable services, go with some reputed & reliable service provider.

Very poor services. Whenever there is some issues, their is no one to attend. Online complaint system will always give the same excuse. Some work is going on in your area and technician is attending the same. Very very poor after sales service. Pls do not go for it unless you do not have any other choice.

Pathetic service from GTPL. The call center people are irresponsible and do not help. My connection is down since past 30 days and their is no one replying from their team. They just say your issue has been put on urgent and then no response.
