Guba Genocide Memorial Complex

As I approached the site, police guided me to an information office to sort out entry. Inside, they requested my passport and then arranged an English-speaking guide for me. He turned out to be incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, sharing detailed stories and insights that really brought the place to life. Este memorial está dedicado a las víctimas de los eventos de marzo de 1918, un período de disturbios y conflictos que resultaron en numerosas muertes. Las exhibiciones ofrecen información sobre los eventos históricos, presentando documentos, fotografías y relatos que buscan esclarecer y recordar lo sucedido. El muro de los nombres destaca como un elemento emotivo, donde se honra la memoria de las víctimas identificadas. En general, la visita proporciona una oportunidad para conocer un aspecto importante de la historia local y reflexionar sobre las consecuencias de la violencia. Es importante saber que la entrada es gratuita, pero antes de comenzar la visita es necesario registrarse en el punto de recepción.

متحف بني 2009 بأمر من الرئيس الأذري بعد اكتشاف رفات 400 شخص مابين رجل وامراة وطفل وهم من بقايا المذبحة الأرمنية مع الشيوعيين 1918م الدخول مجاني.. وأنصح بأن تأخذ مرشد عربي معك لأني للأسف لم أحظى بهذه الفرصة ففقدت شي من المتعة واستكشاف أكثر للمعلومات..

متحف لتخليد ذكرى المذبحه التي قام بها الارمن من ضمن الجيش السوفيتي ضد الشعب الاذري عام ١٩١٨ حيث تم اكتشاف المقابر الجماعيه عام ٢٠٠٧. المرشد المسؤل في المتحف يتحدث العربيه بطلاقه ويقدم شرح وافي للمذبحه ولقصه استقلال اذربيجان الاولي والثانيه. يوجد صور وقصاصات جرائد في ذلك الوقت تتكلم عن الفاجعه. انصح بزيارته للاطلاع علي تاريخ اذربيجان وقوبا خصوصا

A solemn memorial to a past tragedy. The complex has two angular towers containing ramps down to an unground exhibit hall with a large black rectangle illuminated in the middle.

Wzruszające miejsce upamiętniające ludobójstwo azerskich muzułmanów. Warto tutaj przyjechać i poświęcić około 1h. Piękne i jednocześnie smutne fotografie wraz z opisem historii sprzed ponad 100 lat.

Xalqımızın necə çətin yollardan keçdiyi sübüt edən unikal bir kompleksdir. Muzeyin inşasına 2007-ci ildə bu ərazidə kütləvi qəbirstanlığın aşkarlanmasından sonra 2009-cu ildə başlanıb.

Səliqəli və baxımlıdır. Memorial olaraq ab-hava düzgün formalaşdırılıb. Mərmər üzərindəki zəncir və yuxarıdan düşən işığın qəbirdən acı həqiqətlərin gün işığına çıxmasını çox dəqiq ifadə edib.

I visited the Guba Genocide Memorial Complex, and it was truly a meaningful experience. Here, history is not only presented — it is deeply felt. The exhibition is well-designed, the information is clear and impactful. The calm atmosphere of the area allows you to reflect and understand the tragedy on a deeper level.

Mémorial dédié au génocide perpétré par des Arméniens. Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu visiter le musée en sous-sol car arrivé quelques minutes après l'heure limite d'entrée (17h30). Je vous recommande de visiter ce site si vous empruntez la route entre Bakou et le village de Khinalug.

Hier moet je langsgaan. Voor Europeanen een onbekende geschiedenis. Bizar. Mooie tentoonstelling. Fijne uitleg gekregen.

هو موقع تاريخي وإنساني مهم في مدينة *قوبا – Quba* - في عام 1918، قُتل الآلاف من السكان الأذريين (رجال ونساء وأطفال) على يد قوات بلشفية وأرمنية خلال اضطرابات الحرب الأهلية في المنطقة. - تم اكتشاف *مقبرة جماعية* في الموقع عام 2007 بالصدفة أثناء أعمال بناء، وهو ما قاد إلى بناء هذا المجمّع التذكاري.

A great walk, through these two white shards, detailing horrific actions right around the end of World War I.
