Not good customer service. I was once a customer of the company in July 06, 2022 but eventhough the order was not done at the promised time in my first transaction, I did not give a big deal of making such review because I thought of giving another chance on my future transaction. Today, I made another transaction. However, the person I talked to really disappoint me. I told him that due to my unavailability to pick up the mugs by myself, my sister will come and collect from them and do the payment upon collection as I am already at work. They asked me to pay online first. When I told them I prefer to do the payment by cash upon collection of the item, the guy said they will not do it. He refused to do it at all as he was afraid I will runaway from the payment. I told him, I won't runaway so I asked him to do it. However, he refused still. He was really inconsiderate knowing I needed the items today. Not a professional way of doing business to a regular customer. Such as disappointment and inconsiderate. Such a bad customer service. Lastly, I am not a fake customer. This indeed happened today.

Amazing and prompt service. We had an event in University of Sharjah and i needed Badges and Bookmarks and Mr.Sultan and his colleague has given me very good quality badges and bookmarks for an amazing price! Very disrespectful behavior from them, I've sent them a message and they replied with "Good Morning" and then ignored all of my other messages! And that was not my first time to try to contact them!

Highly disappointment by the attitude of the person at their office, I had word with a someone working at their office, he guy confirmed the price and quantity of the visiting cards, however, at the time of confirming the order they changed their quote by almost 50%. The guy answering their mobile number is rude in the way he talks. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. Between my initial review and this one, the owner of the company after reading my review texts me and calls me twice, now saying that he was joking with me when he called me and asked me to throw away half of the cards. He agreed to make cards at the price initially offered and the quantity I initially wanted. Just shows 2 things, firstly the power of voicing ones experience so others can learn from it. Secondly that how unprofessional the owner of the company is, even after all the conversation has the audacity to ask me to change the review. My review speaks of the experience that I had and I have proof of your conversation with me.

I had been using other printing services for a long time, but since I gave my first job to gulf line printers, I have not used any other company. It is not only their quality of work, but their service, speed, and reliability is outstanding. They have executed my printing orders perfectly over the phone and through email. I have made the payment through bank transfer, and only needed to visit them for picking up my order.

I think it would be unfair if I dont provide my review on Gulf Line Printing. I was really amazed with the variuos services they have been providing. I had visited them for a small requirement and ultimately ended up with a big deal. The service they provided me was truely exceptional and the discount given by the Owner was worthy. I highly suggest everyone to visit Gulf Line Printing for any of your printing requirements. Their services and quality will never dissapoint you.

Agreed the price and when i gave the work suddenly told me that he can't do the work, what a shame Repliying to your response i visited your place last week and you gave me the price i gave you to make stamps With all the details didn't receive any response and when i called you suddenly said you can't and don't want to do it.

Very rude attitude by owner by hanging up the phone suddenly while talking, very poor PROFESSIONALISM, It's slightly over priced compared to other printing companies but products are acceptable, It's now almost my first year doing business with them, manufacturing defects are faced a lot this is my 6th - 7th time facing this issue, I really wish this can be fixed as I don't want cut of my business interaction with them

POOR Z CLASS SERVICES. RUDE AND BAD ATTITUDE. No professionalism. No management. They really want to fight for no reason. Have no manners to deal with clients, they really are bad people at work and off work also.

Have had Official Receipt Books and Business Cards printed by Gulf Line. They are punctual and they deliver on time to meet their client's needs. I will never switch to anyone else when it comes to printing!
