Guzman y Gomez - VivoCity

First time trying out Guzman. Truth be told, i found the offering rather refreshing. I ordered the Fajita bowl which comprise capsicum, good dosage of vinaigrette which accentuate well with the fresh-chopped salsa. Roast beef was added. I also paired it with a large fries and a drink of choice. Also order the Quesadilla, or whatever because I don't know how to pronounce. Luckily most ordering can be done on the mobile so I wouldn't have to embarrass myself with mispronunciation. Ordered the plain one with cheese. All I can said is that despite being filled with the Fajita, the soft flour tortilla was delicious. My colleague ordered the burrito bowl. I spent about S$25.30, not inclusive of the burrito bowl.

First time eating at Guzman y Gomez and I wasn’t sure what to order at first, especially coming from an Asian food background where rice and noodles are the usual go-to. We ended up choosing the Family Feast so we could try a wider range of their menu, and it turned out to be a good call. Everything came out pretty good and enjoyable. What stood out the most for me was the condiments, especially the jalapeño and the other sauces. Mixing them together gave a really nice balance of spicy, sour, and savory flavors that lifted the whole meal. Ordering was done through QR code and payment was by credit card, which was straightforward. The staff were quick and efficient, and the place was clean and comfortable, though it did get a bit noisy during peak time. Overall, a solid experience and definitely worth a visit.

Had Salad (regular size) with pulled pork (spicy. It was nice and fresh. All the ingredients inside were fresh, the pulled pork was good and tender. Decent portion. But just the dressing it was a bit too sour for my liking (maybe because I chose the spicy version, felt like it’s more vinegar). But overall it was delicous and fresh salad. Self service condiments too. Service was okay, atmosphere is good.

First time here and I’m impressed! The butter chicken nacho fries were seriously good, food came out fast, salad was delicious and Brandon was super friendly. Will definitely be back!

Ordered m usual barramundi quesadillas takeaway. To my horror when i got home they omitted the lettuce and avocado and it is only cheese and fish inside. Then i contact Mira Ismail and she said she doesnt work there anymore told me to contact CS but there was no CS. Whatever happened? On my journey home the food smells like Subway sandwiches. Completely unpalatable for $20.90 how to buy again? Were they targeting my order specifically?

Been a regular here and always love the food. But the cleanliness can be better and some of the staff working attitude could be better also. Ever been served with the food just thrown or slide to my table and hands crossing over my face, which a service staff shouldnt be doing this because I thought that's basic courteousy. But all in all, loving the food here always! :)

I need to know if im trippin. Ordered from grab 3 soft tacos grilled chicken x2, pulled shitake x1, add lime wedge. What came put me in a complete shock. 1. No vegetables no nothing (i didnt state an exception, in fact i used the “order again” option and previously obviously wasn’t like that 2. 3 taco but looks like a 1.5 portion 3. Item is cold Not sure whether isit because i ordered at 9pm sharp the staffs are unhappy but it is still completely unacceptable.

Professional staff here. Very kind of the GYG staff to let my friends and I stay after their closing just to finish our meal. They showed no signs of complaint but us staying longer probably meant then working later. Appreciate you guys.

First time visiting in person after years of delivery. The beef burrito is always a hit and the butter chicken quesadilla goes hard too. Very kind and energetic service, Brandon is such a vibe 🙂 will be visiting again!

Food was great as always portions here were rather generous as well. No complaints there only complaint would be the quesadilla which had quite a sad amount of chicken inside. Other then that the loaded fries were good and the burrito bowl as always. Would recommend

I had a great experience at the Guzman y Gomez HarbourFront outlet, thanks to Javion. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He handled my order quickly while still taking the time to make sure everything was correct and that I had what I needed.

Had a meal at Guzman y Gomez and went for the Burrito Rice Bowl. It was flavourful, and the ingredients came together nicely for a satisfying bite. However, it was a bit hard to get the attention of the staff at the counter when I had something to ask.

Farrel is the goat, honestly. Would not come here if not for Farrel's excellent service and food. GYG should frankly consider promoting him, in light of his outstanding service and unwavering support to ensuring that every customer gets a delicious meal.

First time trying their tacos. taste was ok. But honestly, I won’t go back. Service was bad. They basically forgot my order until I chased them, and the cashier acted like I was bothering her. Disappointing experience.

There is a limited choice, but the food is good and the service is quick.

Absolutely love GYG. The food is always fresh, flavourful, and made fast without feeling like “fast food.” The burritos are generously filled, the tacos are packed with flavour, and the ingredients taste genuinely high quality. Portion sizes are solid, prices are fair, and you can tell they actually care about consistency. Perfect for a quick meal that still feels satisfying and not greasy. Easily one of my go-to spots when I want something reliable and delicious.
