Habib Bank Limited (HBL) - Satellite Town Branch

One of the worst branches ever The staff there is very non-cooperative and like their attitude Shows that and they do not cooperate with the customer at all I was there to pay a School fee voucher and they put an accept my voucher even though it is specifically mentioned that it can be paid through online and In the bank The complaint number they gave they don’t even listen to the complaint and they have no service at all and it’s not like the voucher was expired or anything because when I went to the sixth road branch they accepted my voucher immediately and and they didn’t have any issue with it so this branch is doing this on purpose making parents and people like us with limited time waste their time and for them to not do what they are paid for, this specific branch is one of the worst Hbl branches ever they have no way of talking or any training at all to how to talk to a customer and I’m very disappointed and I’m never gonna go there again because of amount of disrespect was too much and so shameful for HBL for being the biggest franchise and not even looking at what is going on in their Banks

HBL worst bank I experienced, last day I visit multiple branches for my statement, they refused due to stationary not available,

The bank staff made rude talk to female customers, showing poor manners and unprofessional conduct.They ill manners all staff in this branch.

Very lazy and un trained staff. Even the lady sitting on the 1st cash counter is not expert in counting the money notes. Very disappointed

HBL has extended its functionality beyond their control One has to wait in line always before getting into bank or getting money from ATM.

Pathetic Customer Service. Front end officers are not helping at all! Aap ko ithr uhr ghumaate rahen ge kiunki inko khud kuch nahi pata hoga. Worst experience with a simple task (incomplete).

HBL is a reputable bank, but the staff is unbelievably lazy. They never seem willing to work, and it's frustrating to deal with their lack of effort and rude behavior. Their unprofessional behavior has forced me to get an account in another bank.

Worst Experience Ever Applied for a certificate which takes hardly a week and its been 7 months and their lazy staff haven't deliver the certificate and the way they deal with their customers is so pathetic that it looks like a Fish Market

Shadeed incompetent staff. Sab log underqualified and useless. Kisi k paas b chalay jao bhai ap k bank ka product ha. Ap ki bank sy purchase hua ha. "Sir ham ko to ni pta" phir call pay kisi sy puchain gy and ap k 3 hours waste karain gy. Remittance department? Hai hi ni bank me. Branch operations manager k paas bhejain gy jo be-tukay sawal puch k "look bz-do nothing" wala attitude lay k apko wait karnay ka kahay ga, another absolutely useless person. Why does this HBL branch show customer dealing timings from 9:00 to 5:30 pm, when they won't let a customer inside even 2 minutes after 5:00 pm. And their guards have no manners at all and are extremely rude.

Pathetic services of the bank staff. From desk officers to floor managers, all are unprofessional with no knowledge of their own working policies. The bank needs to ascertain if it is the staff or the bank policies and procedures that have earned this overall reputation.

Not impressed, most of the time at the start of month when there is need for atm, atm is either low of cash or u have to withdraw small money, happens many times to me

I took the check book from my local branch I withdrew money from the same branch from the check book and there was no deduction when I withdrew money from this HBL commercial market branch from the check then the HBL people took a ticket of five hundred rupees from my account without any reason which is wrong. were 😡😡

There is NO MANAGER since last 2 months in the A Block Branch and with the Operation Manager now having gone on retirement, the service at the Bank is pathetic to say the least. I have 6 personal and professional accounts but I am seriously considering moving my accounts to another Bank.

جس نے کسی بھی ٹرانزیکشن کے لئے ذلیل ہونا وہ یہاں آ جائے، سٹاف کی شدید کمی، سینئر سٹاف صرف نوٹ گن کر گڈیاں بنا رہا اور اسکے دیگر کام کا حرج ہوتا، ایک ٹوکن پر سفارشی 2-3 بھگت جاتے، کوئی خوبصورت پنٹ میں ملبوس لڑکی آ جائے پھر ٹوکن کی بھی ضرورت نہیں

Salam , have to wait a bit longer than expected even when u have taken token earlier overall it's fine

Pathetic, Prehistoric services. It takes more than 2 hours to clear an online cheque. If HBL cannot go with the technology. They should close the business.
