اين اقامتگاه در ١٠ دقيقه اي مركز شهر فومن و ٤٠ دقيقه اي قلعه رودخوان واقع هست. محيط بيروني و فضا سازي اين اقامتگاه بسيار زيبا بود ولي نكاتي كه رعايت نشده بود و يا ميتونست بهتر باشه به شرح زير بود:
- اصلا ملافه ها، رو تختي ها تميز نبودن
- خانه پر از مورچه و مورچه هاي پرنده و ساير حشرات بود كه ما مجبور شديم اطلاع بديم تا بيان و اسپري حشره كش بيارن
- فرشها كثيف بود و به نظر جارو نشده بود، مبل و تختها قديمي و اصلا راحت نبودن
- جارو نگذاشته بودن داخل خانه، ما دو شب اونجا بوديم و از انجاييكه وقتي بيرون ميرفتيم اسپري حشره كش ميزديم وقتي برميگشتيم كف زمين پر از حشره بود كه بدليل عدم جارو نميشد زمين رو تميز كرد.
- نكته جالب اينكه خودشون اصلا به تميزي و حتي وسيله اي براي تميزي نذاشتن موقع تحويل ويلا از اينكه ما كفش رو داخل گذاشتيم بدليل حشرات داخل باغ اعم از موش، گربه، سگ و غيره اعتراض كردن چرا كفش داخله!
- سقف بيرون ويلا شكسته بود و به نظرم علت اصلي امدن اون همه حشره همون سقف شكسته بود كه وقتي چراغ روشن ميشد از طريق سقف و درزي كه براي لوستر بود ميومد.
در مجموع فقط ميتونم بگم محوطه سازي زيبايي داشت ولي اصلا ويلا تميز نبود و امكانات نظافت داخل ويلا موجود نبود.

This accommodation is located 10 minutes from the center of Fuman and 40 minutes from Rudkhan Castle. The outdoor environment and landscaping of this accommodation were very beautiful, but there were points that were not observed or could have been better as follows:
- The sheets and bed covers were not clean at all.
- The house was full of ants, flying ants, and other insects, and we had to inform them to bring insect spray.
- The carpets were dirty and seemed unvacuumed, and the furniture and beds were old and not comfortable at all.
- There was no vacuum cleaner in the house. We stayed there for two nights, and since we sprayed insecticide when we went out, the floor was full of insects when we returned, and we couldn't clean the floor due to the lack of a vacuum cleaner.
- Interestingly, they didn't care about cleanliness and didn't provide any cleaning tools, yet when we checked out the villa, they complained about us bringing shoes inside due to the insects in the garden, such as mice, cats, dogs, etc.
- The outdoor ceiling of the villa was broken, which I believe was the main reason for the influx of insects. When the lights were on, they entered through the broken ceiling and the gap around the chandelier.
Overall, I can only say that the landscaping was beautiful, but the villa itself was not clean, and there were no cleaning facilities inside the villa.
