Regarding the Red Crescent Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center, I find it necessary to formally express my serious dissatisfaction.
Unfortunately, the level of irresponsibility at this center is clearly evident. Repeated phone calls go completely unanswered, and there is no effective communication channel available to guide or assist clients.
Considering the heavy traffic in Tehran and the busy schedules of visitors, forcing people to attend in person simply because no one answers the phone is entirely unreasonable and unprofessional.
In addition, I must highlight the inappropriate behavior of a staff member at the reception desk of the Shoe and Orthotics Workshop. The lady working in this section behaves in a rude manner, with a condescending attitude and a clear lack of basic respect toward clients. Such conduct is unacceptable and unworthy of an organization carrying the name and reputation of the Red Crescent.
It is expected that the management of this center will take immediate and serious action to improve responsiveness, organize telephone communication, and ensure proper staff conduct through appropriate training and supervision.
