A great complex for different sports activities especially for swimming, one should enroll themselves and their children for classes here. Recently I participated as a volunteer in a "Youth Para Olympics Games 🎯" and the event was fantastic with lot of fun and enjoyment.

Very nice 2 olympic pools, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and ice bath. It’s far from the core city and but worth the visit. Day visit costs 64 aed as of the time of writing this review.

The service for booking additional sport activities such as badminton is very bad, i.e. no online payments, payment for the booking is done at the main pool with the lifeguard on duty, the overall process is very unprofessional and someone needs to fix the management processes here. Otherwise good facility.

A huge sports center with swimming being the main attraction. It features an Olympic size swimming pool, an Olympic standards diving pool, a stadium, a big training pool, and a decent gym. It’s open for public access for a fee with option to pay for daily, weekly, monthly, or annual access. For pool usage, you must book a lane in advance via their WhatsApp.

Great place to swim! Check for times without training sessions, you can ask the staff on WhatsApp. The water is a bit warm at 28°C, which can make freestyle swimming a little uncomfortable, but it’s still better than nothing.

World class swimmers paradise. Excellent place to follow for events and visit for swimming competitions.

Quite far from my home, the venue is very big and nice. We went to see Dubai Premier Padel 2 weeks ago it was very nice experience to watch the top padel players played. Food was very expensive. But overall it was a nice experience.

I had an a wonderful experience at Hamdan Sports Complex during the opening of Endurance Hub at 2nd floor last month. The swimming pool at the ground floor was amazingly clean and so were the washrooms and changing rooms - very spacious. Plenty of parking for guests. I would highly recommend everyone to visit HSC and more so the Endurance Hub on 2nd floor, for strength sessions, lactate profile testing, compression boots, cold plunge among many other services available therein.

What a lovely spot! Large 50 meter swimming pool, gym amenities, sauna, steam room, ice bath and hot tub. Staff and security were all super friendly and helpful. It's a great and healthy way to spend a few hours on a Sunday morning to unwind and recharge.

This is a very nice facility, but make sure you have snacks as they don't have a lot of food available. We did a big fencing tournament there, and I got a bronze medal which was very exciting. The facility is set up for large swimming events, but they cover the whole floor for other events, like ours. It has a lot of spectator seating, but you can't really get to it straight from the performance floor, you have to go out into the corridor and up the stair or elevator. The facility is also far away from the downtown City, so you will have to take Uber or Drive.

Nice facilities! It’s big sport complex with pools ,courts and gym . There is an open(free) parking for visitors It’s two big pools and one small . They have the couches for adults and children (also with group trainings for kids) The place is very clean ,and maintained due to COVID 19(disinfection after each client) There is small gym - with all basic stuff you need.(all memberships included ) Very clean changing rooms and showers . It’s good options for one visit even for month ,even for a year . Note : they accept only card payment ,no cash.

Been to the swimming pool area to attend a competition, and it is a world class standard and state of the art facility which also includes a diving pool. And found out that they are open for public to use the pool just note that it is o ly for adults and you may need to book in advance

An amazing place! I am sincerly thankful to Mr. Ghazi (the director) in Dubai Sports Council who supported my request without any waste of time. He was kind enough to guide me with the right procedure related to NOCs.

Endurance Hub is the best place to go there, they offer Triathlon, Swimming, Running, Health, Camps, ice bath, Cycling for group and personal sessions also for kids and Adult's.

Really good gym facility — nice pools, professional trainers, the works.
But two major cons: the location sucks, and the management is a complete disaster.

Its a very nice complex with lots of swimming activities over the year , swimming academies in dubai are using it for training , which is more comfortable for parents than most of the other facilities inside schools and the pools are standard olympic. Only thing is there is no public transportation except by Taxi which is very expensive for n dubai and not easy to get even if pre-booked i normally cancel my kids classes if my car is not available.
