We enjoy coming to Hanley’s, Vasant Kunj. It is always a great time for the little one to jump, play around, explore hands on activities and refine motor skills. Shilpi really tells well with the kids and makes them feel comforted. She is friendly and fully involves during the play time. Thank you, Shilpi for making it more engaging for the child.

I recently visited the Hamleys store at Vasant kunj Mall and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very polite, professional, and helpful. Especially Mrs Shilpa, who assisted me throughout the visit. She explained the products clearly and helped in choosing the right toys. Such dedicated staff truly enhance the store’s image. I am completely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this store to others.

We had a wonderful experience at Hamleys, Vasant Kunj, especially in the kids’ play area. The space is clean, fun, and very well organized, making it a great place for kids to enjoy themselves safely. A special shoutout to Mansi and Shlipi — they are absolutely amazing with children! Their patience, friendliness, and the way they manage and engage the kids is truly commendable. They make sure every child feels comfortable, involved, and happy, which really puts parents at ease.

The new play area is the best part! I loved it there, and Manisha didi made my experience memorable, she deserves a pay raise, and a promotion. This is Anahita Bhatt and I loved her service. But there were some things about the store part which I didn't like. For example, I got a gift card and the first time they checked how much was on it, there were technical issues and the next time I checked, it was 2,000 rupees. When I later purchased some items worth a total of 1,998 rupees, more technical issues meant it got declined! Please fix this as I am coming back tomorrow (10th October 2025, Friday).
