Hamleys- The finest toy shop in the world

It was such a wonderful experience there.. to keep child busy without screen time. Activities there are so engaging and for the enhancement of gross motor skills.

This place is nothing but a well-designed money extraction setup disguised as a children’s play area. It shamelessly exploits children’s excitement and the emotional pressure parents face when their kids insist on playing—something the management is fully aware of and intentionally capitalizes on. They charge a steep ₹600 per hour and conveniently do not offer any half-hour option. This is not accidental. The reality is that the total set of activities cannot keep a child meaningfully engaged for more than 25–30 minutes. The one-hour-only policy feels deliberately crafted to force parents into overpaying for time their children simply cannot use. There is a clear mismatch between the price charged and the value delivered. Most of the play setups are repetitive, limited, and overcrowded, leaving children bored well before the paid time ends. Yet parents are left with no choice once the payment is made. Such places thrive not on quality or thoughtful engagement for kids, but on psychological manipulation—leveraging children’s demands and parents’ guilt to drive revenue. Sadly, this has become a common trend in malls, and Hamleys here is no exception. Parents should be aware and think twice before giving in to the hype.

This is relevant for all Hot Wheels and Mattel fans. This is the worst possible toy store that you can visit they never update the collection. Over the last 2 months they have the same five set packs how is it possible. There is something highly odd about their hot wheels section and if the manager doesn't find it odd that the collection sells, I am suprised. Hopefully the management will take a look at this review and take appropriate action.

Hamleys is the DLF mall of India noida sector 18 , is the Fabulous place for children, not just because there are toys for every age range and preference, but also lots of stuff to try out. Play area for kids. The mirror maze is awesome and fun to go for kids as well as for adults . They have puzzles, dolls of various kinds, crafts and art, games, Lego, kits and plenty more, including classic board games.They conduct activities for kids for the promotions. Rates are quite high but quality are good.

It was a fantastic experience. I love the Christmas vibes all around so beautifully decorated and wonderful discount schemes and ambience. The main attraction during the festive season was 1) Santa grotto was so fun for my kids where they included games and activities for kids like colouring and indoor play which are so fun. There were two rooms in the grotto- 1st was a play area where kids colour and do colouring and the 2nd room where kids can meet their favourite Santa. 2) Make a wish booth- where kids write their wishes on paper and drop them in the box. 3)Dance- where your kids can enjoy awesome dance moves. 4) wonderful discount on the products. 5) Games for kids like car racing etc. And kids can try the best selling toys before buying them. 6) Moving wheels and getting a surprise was makes kids happy. I would recommend Hamleys to enjoy the festive vibes and we had a great time there.

This store is one if it’s kind in terms of service, specially when it comes to staff, we came across Ms. Kiran who’s one of the best girl we’ve ever met while visiting any store!

Nice place for kids to explore and enjoy. The toys collection is fabulous. Soft toys to learning aids to cars to robots one gets everything here. Staff is super courteous and always ready to help. Best part they never try to force their customers for sales and may be that's the reason why it's always crowded while as Disney's which is just 3 shops away is oops bit empty. Prices might shock you a bit but then the quality of toys makes up for it

Visited first time. It’s bigger than in Gaur city mall but the play area is small. They charge ₹550 for 1 hr , it’s too much. Charging 500 for 60mins but quality is bad. Somethings are not working..trampoline is too small cannot fit more than 1 child. The slide has no stop and child could fall down easily with out any safety. Quite disappointed at the experience. My daughter said she did not have great time comparing to the price paid. I will it recommend 👎
