Very nice store for kids. Almost every type of toys are available for kids. Staffs are very cooperative. Too much supportive. For every toy demo piece is also available. All staffs are supportive. Mr. Aniket is too much supportive, means when we ask for any toy, he explained very nicely. One negative point as per my opinion is no discount is available in major toys. 100% recommended store.

Amazing place to buy gifts for kids of all age. It feels like revisiting childhood with advanced version. The cost are bit high, but if you loved it and why to think of cost. Staff too are helpful in selecting gifts and exploring this place.

Hamleys R city is a great place shopping wise n experience wise.I can’t stop raving about the staff specially who take great care in meeting our needs. They are polite n courteous, and great help during shopping too. I’ve been shopping at this store since 2017. Couple of times product was wrong but they always make sure to exchange or help. This time we bought a mojorette car track set worth Rs. 5500 for my sons bday. Opened and we realized it was bad. Please I would recommend everybody who’s used hot wheels to never buy this. The cars don’t even go 10 metres. Nothing in comparison to hot wheels. Sandhya n Srirani, made it easy for me to exchange the product easily. Thankyou so much . No fuss at all. Also I would request Hamleys to remove such incompetent products from under their roof coz they are just not worth it. Thankyou. We love Hamleys .

A toy shop in the ground floor of r city mall located in ghatkopar , has various toys for kids and attracts adults too , everyone becomes a kid what ever their age may be when they visit an hamleys store , this hamley is one of the huge shop that I have seen and in the area . It was on a Christmas week that I have visited this store and this store was completely lit with Santa and kids playing around

It is similar to all other Hamleys outlets in terms of variety and experience, but the staff here is noticeably lackadaisical. Very slow, uninterested, and not as attentive as expected from a brand like this.

Tomorrow we are on Hamlyes and so the things all around it and we meet the manager to Laxmikant sir and they directly tell me ( kyu aaya hee eedar ja na yaa sa ) this is behaviour of that manager ,that is not good for this store ☹️
