My experience was wonderful and pleasant, and the staff were very kind to me. I really love this place and enjoyed buying lovely and unique items. This place is perfect for both adults and children. Whenever I visit Dubai, I always come here and notice the special things they have.❤️🐻 🌟

للأسف كانت تجربتنا غير موفقة في منطقة ألعاب الأطفال (هامليز بلاي) بسبب تصرفات إحدى الموظفات واسمها Dalia. الموظفة تفتقر للاحترافية في التعامل مع الأطفال، وكان أسلوبها خشن وغير مناسب، حيث تقوم بسحب الأطفال بطريقة غير لائقة، وهو تصرف مرفوض تمامًا في مكان مخصص للأطفال. هذا السلوك يسبب إزعاجًا للأطفال وأولياء الأمور، ويعكس انطباعًا سلبيًا عن جمالية المكان وسمعته، رغم أن الموقع جميل ومفترض أن يكون بيئة آمنة ومريحة للأطفال. نأمل من الإدارة اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة، سواء بإعادة التدريب أو المتابعة، لضمان تقديم تجربة أفضل تليق بالمكان. Unfortunately, our experience at Hamleys Play was disappointing due to the behavior of one of the staff members named Dalia. She showed a lack of professionalism in dealing with children and used a rough and inappropriate approach, including physically pulling children, which is completely unacceptable in a children’s play area. Such behavior causes distress to both children and parents and gives a negative impression of the place, despite its attractive appearance and the expectation that it should be a safe and welcoming environment for kids. We hope management will take the necessary action, including proper training or supervision, to ensure a better and more suitable experience.

The kids really enjoyed specially the donut slide and the draw alive games. Also the staff are nice and friendly.

Overall experience is great,we stayed two hours and my kid had an wonderful time.staff are attentive and watch kids carefully not to get hurt.

Nice play area for kids to play specially the water and car it's new games for my kids .also staff are very approachable definitely will come back again.

I've been in hamleys play area many times.my kids love the musical ball to play .we always had amazing experience .

I left my daughter at the play area for two hours. When I came back to pick her up, I asked the staff where she was and they told me she was inside crying. I went in and found her on the floor, crying and unable to walk. I asked why no one had called me immediately. They said the nanny was with her, but this does not justify the lack of supervision. When I asked about the supervisors inside the play area, I was told they were on their lunch break. To make matters worse, the staff showed no concern. I asked them to bring a wheelchair for her since she could not walk, and they told me to go and get one myself. This is very concerning. Children in the play area are under your full responsibility, and parents should be notified immediately if any injury occurs. My experience was upsetting and I cannot recommend this place until safety, supervision, and staff response are seriously improved.

Amazing play area with a lot of activities to do. The interactive games was nice my kids love it much.

All the staff are friendly and very accomodating .we enjoyed our 2 hours stay ,surely will be back soon.

Visited Hamleys Play at Dubai Hills Mall with my kid and it was a delightful experience! The variety of activities, from the slides to the roleplay areas, kept my child engaged and happy. The staff were attentive, and the place was clean and vibrant. It got a lots of space for everyone, so timing your visit on quieter days might help. Great fun overall, and we’d recommend it for young kids!

The facilities were pristine, well-maintained, and offered a wonderful variety of engaging activities that kept my kids happy for hours. What truly elevated our visit to five stars, however, was the incredible staff, especially Dalia Catubag. Dalia went above and beyond to make sure every child felt included and safe. She took the time to interact personally with my children, making them feel special and valued. Her energy, patience, and genuine dedication to creating a joyful environment are truly outstanding. If you are looking for a fun, safe, and truly service-oriented play experience, Hamleys Play is the place to be, and Dalia is a shining example of their wonderful team. Highly, highly recommend!

I love taking my kids to Hamley's Play as the play area is very big than other kids play. Even the staffs are very professional. They are very kind and joyful to the kids. Especially thanks to Ms.Dalia for making our experience amazing every time we go there. She instructs my kids very well and take care of their safety. My kids love visiting Hamley's Play.😊

I recently visited Hamleys at Dubai Hills Mall and overall, it’s a nice spot for kids. The reception process was smooth, and the atmosphere is playful. However, I do feel it’s a bit pricey for the limited number of games/activities inside. Most children seem to be accompanied by their parents or nannies, and the staff mainly focus on rearranging things rather than engaging or offering assistance. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at the coloring section. After bringing my son from the water area, I still had a tissue in my hand since I couldn’t immediately find a waste bin. While my son was coloring, I placed the tissue next to my bag temporarily. A staff member approached me in a very rude and dismissive manner, saying: “Hey, put that tissue on the waste over there… thank you” with a frown, then walked away. It wasn’t just what was said but how it was said condescending. This was disappointing, as I had already noticed the same staff member speaking down to another nanny in a similar way. Parents and caregivers deserve respectful communication, regardless of the situation. I genuinely believe Hamleys is a fun space for kids, but staff training in customer service and respect would make the experience much better.

Hamleys play the best play have visited so far. From the front desk. I received warm welcome. My kids were so happy plus too much fun. The staffs are so lovely, engaged and accommodating. I honestly enjoy my 2hr stay there. Expecially, Joy and Dahlia they were very nice with incredible assistance to the kids. They need a spot in Hamleys they are very helpful. Thank you Joy and Dahlia great staffs

Customer service really needs improvement, especially in a place like this where patience and friendliness are essential. Some of the staff were unapproachable, and the security guard who spoke to us was rude and not helpful at all. This made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving staff attitude and customer service standards.

Lots of games that we enjoyed a lot.specially the car.and have many slides to play.

We had such an amazing time at Hamleys Play today! The facility is clean, fun, and offers so many engaging activities for the kids. However, what truly made our visit exceptional was the incredible staff member, Dalia Catubag. Dalia went above and beyond to make our visit special. She was incredibly attentive, genuinely enthusiastic, and interacted with the children in such a warm and positive way. Her dedication to ensuring everyone was having a great time really shines through. It's clear that Dalia loves what she does, and her excellent customer service is a huge asset to Hamleys Play. If you're planning a visit, look out for Dalia—she is truly fantastic! Highly, highly recommend this place.
