The mall stood like a glittering spaceship parked in the middle of chaos, yet everything inside operated with the precision of a dropped sandwich. Elevators froze between floors like confused philosophers. Escalators groaned dramatically, only to surrender every alternate Tuesday. The security system felt less “high-tech fortress” and more “forgotten science fair project.” Cameras pointed at ceilings, emergency exits were guarded by sleepy chairs instead of guards, and alarms reacted only after the disaster had already become tomorrow’s headline. 🛰️🔥 Management floated through the corridors wearing polished smiles while customers navigated parking lots designed by what seemed to be an angry maze architect. Complaints disappeared into a black hole of “we will look into it,” never to return. Shop owners aged visibly waiting for maintenance teams that moved slower than melting icebergs. Security personnel looked permanently surprised to be there. Half the radios crackled like haunted microwaves, the other half had no batteries. Lost children were found faster by random shoppers than by the official help desk. During peak hours, the entrances transformed into glorious bottlenecks where chaos pirouetted freely without a single organized checkpoint. The entire place carried the strange energy of luxury wallpaper pasted over structural confusion. A palace of flickering lights, broken coordination, and management decisions apparently made with darts and blindfolds. 🏢🎭

Well thought lay out of this mall, make it a pleasant experience for stroll between the stores.You will find it options for luxury shopping, such as Dior. Plenty of great dining options and cafe shops with nice decorated interiors.Vivel branch us available here as well. Spinners is located at this Mall.Planty of parking spaces.

Located in Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Mall is an acceptable mall with a good variety of shops and services. The highlight for us was Spinneys Supermarket, which is well-stocked and convenient. Starbucks is also a great place to relax and enjoy a coffee. For families with young children, Babyshop offers a good selection of baby products and essentials. The mall is clean and easy to navigate, although it is not one of the largest malls in the UAE. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience and a convenient option for residents and visitors in Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah.

There is no space or just bench or chairs to sit down anywhere in the mall If someone is waiting for someone or is just tired while shopping has ro compulsorily in expensive coffee shops or restaurants for no reason The floor is very hard and causes foot pains Shops are expensive and dont have much variety for common people Spinnys some perfume shops heritage silver jewelry shops footcare shops children play areas Overall clean but not welcoming place

The dining options are excellent too, with plenty of choices for different tastes, whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a nice sit-down meal. The mall also has entertainment options that make it family-friendly, which is a huge plus. What makes the experience even better is the helpful and welcoming staff throughout the mall, from store employees to customer service. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stand out. Overall, Al Hamra Mall is more than just a shopping destination—it’s a place to enjoy, relax, and create good memories. Highly recommended for both residents and visitors in Ras Al Khaimah!

The new dining and specialty coffee options here are absolutely elite, but people don't go to a mall just to eat. There needs to be a much better variety of global fashion brands and retail shops to balance things out. Additionally, the mall needs better space management for heavy weekend crowds. The prayer room is far too small and gets heavily congested, so doubling its size is badly needed. Management should also maximize the smaller layout by filling the closed shops on the top floor with popular global brands and using the central round atrium for events to help distribute the crowds.

Krásne a nové nákupné centrum v Rás al Khaimah s veľkým výberom obchodov a skvelými potravinami. Tiež kút s jedlom a zábavou. Čisté,dobre klimatizované a prehľadné nákupné centrum. Určite sa rada vrátim.

Al Hamra Mall is a nice, clean, and well-maintained shopping centre—as you’d expect in the UAE. It’s on the smaller side, which makes it easy to navigate, and we really liked the Spinneys supermarket, even though prices were a bit high. Surprisingly, it turned out to be one of the better places to buy souvenirs, especially compared to some of the smaller stalls. The reason for 4 stars is mainly due to the number of empty outlets—a lot of retail spaces are currently closed, which affects the shopping variety and overall atmosphere. Also, we found some of the shops more expensive than expected for a mall of this size. We were approached by a few perfume sellers, but it wasn’t too pushy—nothing like in parts of North Africa. On the plus side, there’s a good Starbucks and some nice food options. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby, but don’t expect to spend more than 3 hours here. With more active stores, it could easily be a 5-star spot.

Thanks for the amazing Managment for Al Hamra mall but I have a point I hope it will be conceder please , change the electric chargers from free to chargeable so we can charge our cars , most of the people is charging their cars and setting inside and don’t care about the real people who need it urgently to charge their cars and, it’s very important topic I need to bring your attention to it. Please check my picture one normal sedan not electric using the parking and the other one is using his car to find a parking without charging ??!! Thanks a lot to all

Al Hamra Mall is long and quiet, almost too peaceful. The lighting is fine, and there are some luxury brands, but the overall vibe feels empty. The food court is very small and quite sad, with limited options. Good for a relaxed stroll or shopping, but don’t expect much energy or excitement.

Great experience at Al Hamra Mall! The mall is clean, spacious, and has a good variety of shops for shopping and dining. It’s a perfect place to spend time with family and friends. Everything is well organized, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Highly recommended for a relaxed and enjoyable outing!

مول صغير لكن جميل و عائلي بامتياز فيه كل شي ممكن تحتاجه من محلات ملابس سينما وقسم لألعاب الاطفال و ردهة مطاعم و كافيهات عالميه وغيرها المشي فيه ممتع و مسلي فيه متجر سبينس الي حاب يشتري اغراض للبيت
