Hans Traders offers good-quality fruit products, and I regularly visit the store because of the quality they maintain. The main area that needs improvement is customer handling and service. A more courteous and customer-friendly approach would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience. Apart from that, the product quality is good and reliable.

No matter how good your product is but if you don't teach your staff basic manners, you are hardly a business worth supporting. One of the most mannerless and entitled staff we have come across. They have no decency on how to speak with women. Even drunkards have better ways to communicate. And the owners care least of how ill mannered the staff is. Don't bother buying from them. Rather go to your local grocery shop, atleast those people know how to talk to customers.

Whenever in the evening I visit, either the stock is finished or the items are not in a good condition. 🤔

They are doing great marketing but when you visit the store, things are rotten & not fresh. Also most of the fruits are unavailable. Not worth visiting

Good place to shop fruits. Prices are competitive. Billing and weighing process is very slow. Attitude of staff is not good. They send whatsapp messages with atrociously low prices and by the time we reach the fruit is out of stock.

I purchased bag of Mosambi and surprisingly we found more than 25 Mosambies were spoiled. On contacting Shop they were very rude in answering.

I booked order on phone by paying advance in the morning and collected in the evening but the weight of the goods are less than the billing weight 3 times it happened at prahladnagar Branch Response from them is pata nahi?????? So now onwards i chack the weight done in front of me

Many fruits were missing from the WhatsApp you share daily. The remaining fruits were of lower pathetic quality
