Hi, my name is Pravin Shah, and I am one of your old customers. I have shopped from all of your stores many times. But your Ashram Road store is especially very good and very clean. The staff there is also very polite and professional compared to other stores. Your current manager, Rajveer or Sahil (I’m not sure about the exact name, maybe Badal), is very helpful and always suggests good quality fruits. He is very supportive and well-behaved with customers.

Definitely not recommended. They are not customer friendly. Yesterday we visited shop. Staff is not cooperative . There was two staff members who was making fun of my mother. One is slim boy and 2nd name is JATIN. You can also check camera. Not 1 time,3 times they act like my senior citizen mother. Then I told him. Can't handle customers like that. this is very pathetic.

Fruits are very good in quality and taste seems like organic. They are selling large number of mango boxes and everyone loves to shopping from here. Now, It becomes famous in area so feels like they are charging higher compare to earlier that might be due to demand not price hike in fruits so its not good.

Today I have purchased Green Water melon from Hans Ellissbridg shop. While cutting it no any red portion found in water melon. Water melon sahej pan khava layak hatu nahi. Shop per phone karyo to kahe chhe ke, amari koi responsibility nahi. Exchange thase nahi. Hans nu nam joi ne customer aave chhe. Pan customer ne aavo javab male chhe. Ena karta lari vala feriya sara , exchange to kari aape. Etle kaheva meaning e ke Hans ma na javay. I visited the Bopal branch of Hans Traders on May 12, 2026, to buy mangoes. I specifically asked for organic mangoes. When I double-checked if all of them were truly organic, they assured me they were. However, after I took them home and finished the top layer, I discovered chemical substances hidden in the bottom layer of the 5kg box used for ripening the fruit. This proves they are not organic. I went back to the shop and recorded a video. Even when confronted on camera, they continued to lie, claiming the mangoes were organic. I am uploading this video of Hans Traders as a warning. I urge all customers to do a reality check before buying from here, as the seller is not being honest. Please watch the live video for proof."

Definitely not recommended. They are not customer friendly. They sell our unripen fruits by saying they are all ripen from inside to naive customers. Trusting them is a mistake dont do that. When asked to exchange it for ripen ones just because we are in need they denied to accept it. Never going to visit it again. Very much irresponsible behaviour. Pathetic!

Good fruits available sometimes. Parking not available. Fruits photo shown in group in mobile and actual fruits seen at place mismatch.

They put out the rates in the morning and when you visit them at around 12, they will say stock will be here by 1. Why put out the price when the stock is not available

Problem with Hans Traders is that at 12 noon you receive the message that these are the rates of vegetables and if you visit the store within an hour, they will say everything is sold out. My question is how badly they are managing their inventories. Or this is a tactic to create artificial scarcity and showing that everything is sold..... Do look into the issue, otherwise you may damage you image and goodwill.

Good place to buy fruits but mangoes are not available as promised in what's app group. Sometimes you get a good deal and excellent mango. Parking is just opposite with space for 10 to 15 cars.

Hafus mango & certain imported fruites are costlier. Prices should be such that it may look you are really serving A'bad people & not doing bysiness.

I think the very pathetic behavior of the store manager named Mahesh... He didn't know how to treat a customer. Instead of talking politely with the customer, he misbehaves with everyone and talks in a rude manner, including with his staff I can see many times when I visited the store

The Quality of Fruits not up to the mark , service is also needs to improved a lot. Fruits Videos and Pics what they put in the whatsapp group and what they delivered were different, few of the fruits i ordered were raw and stale

Very rude person . He was shouting on so many customers He did not spk properly watsapp good photos r sent But reality is completely opposite No much variety. Very bad experience

A good place for fruits , veges are okay , rates ar variable , quality can be a bit low at times ,u need to balance the rates and quality
