like a normal grocery store but it has stuff from other countries it’s what makes it different. Very expensive, I pay I have no issues but I have issues when they take advantage of you as a consumer I get it you say shipping cost but I understand how maths works and it’s not the exact shipping cost it is four times more expensive than you’d find it in a neighbor country that paid the shipping cost and they have taxes. Thank you no harm intended

This store is very disappointed they deliver plastic bouquets and it’s not worth it

This is my first and last time ordering from this store. The worst delivery service to exist and rude customer service on top of that to add salt to the wound. You would think basic customer service would allow you to inform a customer of the approximate delivery time of an order. What a shame

very bad service and very bad delivery. i have placed my order at 4:16 and it said it will arrive by 5:03-5:28. the driver has contacted me at 5:58 saying that he needs 30 more mins, after that the talabat company called me and said they have contacted happy basket and they said they need 5 mins and it’s currently 6:05 and i haven’t recieved my order! they should have at least mentioned that it needs 2 hours or more to arrive ! if you are looking for a place that has fast delivery i do not recommend happy basket !

The delivery is delayed by more than 1 hour when it already takes 2 hours to deliver. When you contact the store they can’t even professionally tell you how long the order will take to arrive. Lazy service and late delivery.

I placed my order at 7:47 and still haven’t received it at 9:55 so if you need something urgent this is not the place to order from!

البضاعه حلوه لكن الموقع سيء

المكان جميل وتعاملهم راقي ومحترم جدا

جمعيه حلو بس مكانها في ممر صعب تحصلها

عندهم كل شي ، بس التعامل سيء

الاسعار جيده نوعاً ما لكن المنتجات كثيره

هو حلو مافيه كلام بس سعر غالي مره

اجمل مكان شفته بحياتي وفيه اشياء نادره وراءعه
