Hard Rock Dubai Sports City

I’ve been to Hard Rock Cafes all over the United States — literally in almost every city where there is a Hard Rock, I’ve been there. I’ve also visited Hard Rock Tbilisi and Hard Rock Baku (sadly, now closed). So trust me — I truly know what a Hard Rock experience should feel like. The Hard Rock Cafe Dubai Sports City is a newly opened location, and I was lucky to visit it — and I was genuinely impressed. The place is incredibly cozy and welcoming, with a great vibe from the moment you walk in. The staff is super friendly, warm, and attentive — you really feel taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious. And here’s something very special for me: this is the first Hard Rock Cafe where I didn’t have to ask, “Does this dish contain pork?” — because the menu is halal, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Our waiter went above and beyond and gifted me a souvenir that is truly meaningful to me — a small gesture, but with big heart. The live show was incredibly atmospheric. The band performed two of my favorite Linkin Park songs, and I couldn’t help but sing along with them — it was a pure moment of joy and connection. I will definitely come back. You guys are doing an amazing job — keep it up! 🤘🎶

A Masterclass in Hospitality! Our visit to Hard Rock Dubai Sports City was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we walked in, the energy was electric, but it was the team that truly made the night unforgettable. The Dream Team The Welcome: A huge thank you to Victoria and Moses for hosting us so warmly; you set the tone for the entire evening. The Service: Joona was our server and was absolutely fantastic—attentive, professional, and kept everything running smoothly. The Vibes: Shout out to Eugene and Michelle for being so incredibly friendly and making us feel right at home. The Bar: The team behind the bar was excellent, crafting perfect drinks with great speed and skill. The Personal Touch What really made us feel special was the personal visit to our table by the GM, Luka, and the AGM, Vasim. It’s rare to see leadership so involved, and it truly made us feel like VIPs. The Food & Atmosphere The ambience was spot on—classic Hard Rock energy—and the food was so tasty! Every bite was packed with flavor and served fresh. If you're in Dubai Sports City, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

Hard rock cafe in Sports City is anew and such a good welcome in the Community. No need to go through the traffic. U can chill right here in sport city The place is wonderfully located. Ambiance is friendly The band playing is very good. The food is sooo good The service is amazing. The birthday celebration for my friend was a surprise and they did a wonderful job in making it memorable and making it happen. Amazing guys. Thanks Hard Rock sports city

Das Hard Rock Restaurant in Dubai Sports City bietet ein unglaubliches Erlebnis von Anfang bis Ende. Das Essen war super lecker, mit saftigen Burgern, tollen Gerichten und einer abwechslungsreichen amerikanischen Karte. Die Atmosphäre ist lebendig, mit cooler Musik und einer entspannten Stimmung, perfekt für Dinner oder einen Abend mit Freunden. Live-Musik am Abend bringt extra Energie und sorgt für echten Hard-Rock-Vibe. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hat uns rundum gut betreut. Sauberkeit und Ambiente waren top – modern, gepflegt und einladend zugleich. Ob gemütlich essen oder den Abend ausklingen lassen: hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Ort für großartiges Essen, gute Stimmung und tolle Erlebnisse!

Hadlee was awesome from start to finish—super friendly, easygoing, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. It was also my son’s birthday, and Hadlee really went the extra mile to make sure it felt special, which meant a lot to us. He helped create such a fun, relaxed experience and made the whole night even better. Great service, great attitude, and just an all-around great vibe. Would definitely be happy to have him as our waiter again.

The food as always was good. Had a steak & mashed potatoes 9/10. My partner had the spicy Diablo burger 8/10 (could have used a little more spicy/heat but was overall great. Hadlee served us and was attentive & super helpful 💯

Visited this branch of Hard Rock with my friend on a Friday night. We didn’t know there was an outlet in Sports city, so was pleasantly surprised to find one in that area. We were short on time so got the Blueberry Sangria, One Night in Bangkok Shrimps and regular fries. The drinks were just the right amount of sweet (dangerous enough cause we could easily down 3 and not realize it lol), and the food was really good too - prep took about 10 minutes. Only feedback would be regarding the service, which felt a little intrusive (?) We had someone coming to us every other minute introducing themselves and saying they’ll look after our table for the night. This is probably considered like generously polite service, but we found it odd that they heavily insisted on us coming back later 🥲Just something that crossed our minds after we left. But otherwise, a good experience (even the music and crowd was decent!) and the place works well for large groups too.

Visited today for the grand opening of Hard Rock Cafe in Sports City and the experience was absolutely amazing! The energy was high, the vibe was fun, and the entire place felt fresh and full of life. The staff were super friendly and well-prepared for the opening rush, making sure everything moved smoothly. The music, the atmosphere, and the overall theme truly give you that classic Hard Rock feel. The food came out fast and tasted great — definitely living up to the brand’s standards. Loved the setup, the décor, and how spacious and well-designed the place is. It’s a much-needed addition to Sports City and I can already tell this will become a regular hangout spot. Visited the new Hard Rock at Sport City with some friends and loved the vibrant atmosphere. The legendary burger was amazing. Special thanks to Dave for the friendly and attentive service. Singer Rach has an amazing voice and added a great energy to the night. A fun place with great food, drinks, and live music — will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved the new Hard Rock Cafe that opened in Sports City! It has a cozy vibe, fantastic live music, and truly commendable staff. Special shoutout to Eugene for the excellent service. Love their BBQ Bacon burger and if you’re a Messi fan, the Messi Burger is probably for you!

We had a great time at the newly opened Hard Rock in Sports City! The atmosphere is fun and energetic, with awesome live music that really sets the mood. We tried the Messi burger 👍🏻steak fajitas, and chicken wings—everything was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, Dave thank you so much! and the whole place has a cool vibe. They’re also getting ready for Christmas and New Year celebrations, so it’s a perfect spot to enjoy the season. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

I was just minding my business on my daily walking routine, casually passing by, when this new Hard Rock Cafe... literally walking distance from where I live... decided to flirt with me. 😏 The attendants outside were already so warm and welcoming, and then Dimple sealed the deal by insisting I come in for a proper tour. Now that is how you do service. Totally outside-the-box hospitality, zero pressure, all charm and it left me with a fantastic first impression. Bravo 👏🎸

Alyssa and Eugene took great care of us—their service was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor; you could really tell it was prepared with care. The atmosphere made the experience even better, especially with the live music, which added such a lively and enjoyable vibe without being overwhelming. Overall, we truly loved being here and had a wonderful time. Definitely a place we’d be happy to visit again

Super cool - I think my second visit to à Hard Rock, my first in the Middle East, but we visited at a slightly abnormal time. It’s Ramadan firstly, then Iran is firing missiles overhead so it’s quieter than usual I imagine. Joona, our waitress, has been fantastic and upsold the glass promotion doubling the size of our cocktails :) … stay safe one and all x

I went to the opening of the new Hard Rock Café in Sports City, and I was honestly impressed. The place has a super cool with great background music that creates an amazing atmosphere. We tried the food, which was absolutely delicious and the drinks were incredible as well. It was my first time ever visiting a Hard Rock Café and it truly surprised me in the best way. Guys, the Grand Opening just happened and this place is amaziing! 🤩 The staff is super friendly, awesome music (as expected!), and they have vegan options, which makes me extra happy. I’m definitely coming back! Hubby is happy that Brewdog IPA is on the menu 😋🍻 And they’ll have live music too! Highly recommend! 🎸✨

Nice experience being served by Alyssa - she was super helpful and very fun! The food was good! Had the sharing chicken platter which was yum and perfect for three people + the Bangkok shrimps (10/10 for those!) drinks were good too! Just lacked some real hard rock atmosphere, we were sat upstairs as we didn’t have a reservation but it didn’t have all the “known” hard rock stuff, like all the guitars everywhere and memorabilia, missed that. But gets an overall 4, for the service and good food.
