Wow my second visit! I recently visited Harley Street Medical Center in Abu Dhabi, initially to get a an oral mandibular device to help relieve my snoring. What I thought would be a simple consultation turned out to be something far more important. During the assessment, Dr. Carine, the maxillofacial surgeon, performed an X-ray and discovered a lesion on my gums that required immediate attention. I had previously undergone several dental assessments elsewhere, yet none of them detected this issue. Dr. Carine was the only one who carefully identified it and strongly recommended that it be treated right away. For that, I am truly grateful. From scheduling to the actual procedure, everything went smoothly. Dr. Carine was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and professional. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Ate Cris, who assisted her during the procedure. The teamwork between them was amazing, like the Batman and Robin of dental surgery. During the procedure, the environment was calm and reassuring. I never once felt afraid. Dr. Carine was extremely gentle and took the time to explain every step clearly. She encouraged me to ask questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Today marks my 14th day after the surgery, and I’m very happy with my recovery. By carefully following Dr. Carine’s instructions and the prescribed treatment, my healing process has been fast and smooth. Dr. Carine’s professionalism and genuine care for her patients truly stand out. I highly recommend visiting Harley Street Medical Center and consulting with her if you ever need expert care. Thank you, Dr. Carine, and thank you, Ate Cris, for the excellent care. My first experience: I had a wonderful experience at the Sleep Clinic in Hardee Street Medical Center. The environment was cozy and conducive to proper sleep, which definitely helped with the study. A huge shoutout to my technician, John, who made the entire process stress-free and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The clinic's attention to detail, from the inviting ambiance to the incredibly soft pillows, really made the experience exceptional. One area for improvement would be ensuring the shower drain slope is corrected to prevent water pooling.

I recently underwent a procedure with Dr. Zeudi, and I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received. Her thorough explanation before the procedure significantly eased my anxiety. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Zeudi really made sure that I understood every single detail. With the help of her nurses, Cherry and Jelaine, everything went smoothly—from insurance approval up to the day before the procedure. Their coordination and support made the entire process stress-free. Dr. Murali, the anesthesiologist, was also very thorough and attentive. He carefully reviewed my file and ensured that everything was in order, making sure all would go well. During my admission, the warm smiles and hospitality of the inpatient nurses immediately made me feel relaxed and worry-free. To the nurses on duty—Carmi, Bwanah, Daisy, and Venus—thank you so much for your kindness and support. A special mention to Venus, who attended to my needs beyond expectations, she offered and extended help genuinely. Thank you all. I sincerely appreciate each one of you and highly recommend your team and the center.

I cannot recommend Dr Mohamed Albadi enough. He took exceptional care of my son from the very beginning, and the entire experience was beyond reassuring for us as parents. The surgery was handled with such professionalism, care, and attention, and the followup afterwards was truly outstanding. Dr Mohamed was always patient, kind, and available whenever we had questions, which made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. His dedication, expertise, and genuine care for his patients really stand out. We are so grateful for everything he has done for our son. One of the best doctors I have dealt with. Dr. Kimlin was extremely professional, respectful, and very clear in explaining everything. The information and advice she provided were very helpful and reassuring. What impressed me the most was her genuine care and attention to the patient. She did not only focus on her specialty, but also recommended another doctor from a different specialty because she believed it could be related to the root cause of my issue. She was very careful, attentive, and truly dedicated to finding the right treatment and helping the patient properly. Her professionalism and kind attitude made the whole experience excellent. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with balance or vertigo problems.

I had a great experience with Dr. Rehab Sattof. She was incredibly kind and really took the time to understand my goals and what I wanted to achieve. I felt completely comfortable throughout the process, and I’m genuinely so happy with my results. I’d also like to mention Wafaa at reception, who was very welcoming, helpful, and professional. The whole reception team was well-organized, which made the experience smooth from the moment I arrived. A special thank you as well to Stephanie, who went out of her way to guide me to the correct building and department. She was very kind and supportive throughout, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Harley Street to my friends.

I Visited Dr. Hady Jerdak for sleeping difficulties on 16.May.2026 and he listened to all my problems and asked for some necessary test and gave me diagnosis and my treatment plan. For my second visit on 5th of June 2026 I was recommended to go to Clinical Dietitian Dr. Ola Abeida to manage my diet and weight control. She was amazing. She took all the previous test that I did with my diagnosis that I explained to her and the habits/diet I was going on for years and give me an indication what am facing and what should be done. She provided a proper plan with alternatives that can make my journey easier and answered all the questions i had asked her to help me achieve my goals. Both Dr. Hady and Ola were great with me in every aspect and I recommend them and Harley Medical Center for sure Thank you

I have been suffering from vertigo for years now and been to several doctors with no sign of relief. Did some research and I found Dr. Kimlin George in Harley Street Medical Centre. She is amazing! and the doctor I have been looking for! She was very patient and tried to understand the core issue. She did the treatment and voila! My dizziness was gone! She is very competent and has the expertise for vertigo and balance issues. Thank you, Dr. Kimlin!!

I would like to thank Nurse Gabrielle and Nurse Daisy for their amazing care and service. They treated me so well, took excellent care of me, and did their very best to make sure I was comfortable and felt as little pain as possible. Their kindness, patience, and dedication truly made a difference in my experience, and I am very grateful for everything they did.

i want to express my deep disappointment with the recent health checkup experience at your clinic. The entire process was extremely frustrating and fell far below acceptable standards of professionalism and patient care. Upon our arrival, no staff member was available to welcome us or guide us through the procedures. We waited for over an hour to see the paediatric doctor before we could even begin the checkup. The delays continued with the ophthalmologist, and we were also expected to wait extensively for the ENT doctor—whom we ultimately could not see due to the excessive waiting time. Managing these delays with three tired and bored children was extremely challenging, especially as we had other commitments to attend to. Our follow up appointment was equally disappointing. A previous patient entered the doctor’s office without a booking and remained inside for 45 minutes, while we continued waiting without any communication. After more than an hour of waiting, I had no choice but to collect my children’s IDs from the receptionist and leave. No one approached us to explain the delay, offer support, or follow up afterwards, which was both unprofessional and discouraging. This experience reflects a serious lack of coordination, accountability, and respect for patients’ time. I left the clinic feeling completely disregarded and extremely dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your clinic, nor will I be returning for future checkups—despite having completed my full health assessments there for the past three years.

I cannot recommend Dr. Ahmed Osman enough. If you are anxious about extractions or implants, he is absolutely the doctor to see. From the first consultation, he put me completely at ease and explained everything clearly. The extraction was surprisingly quick and painless. His attention to detail during the implant procedure was amazing, and the final result looks and feels completely natural. He combines incredible professional expertise with a gentle, reassuring approach. If you want natural, high-quality results with minimal discomfort, he is the best.

Dr Helen Cannon was brilliant. Dealt with 3 members of my family for travel vaccs and general health information. Personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for menopause help and information. The reception, nursing and pharmacy staff were all very kind, efficient and helpful.

Highly recommend Mr. Shahbaz Ansari! I came to him with severe shoulder tendonitis that caused constant pain, ruined my sleep, and stopped me from swimming or exercising. From day one, the hands-on therapy and targeted exercises, delivered steady results. Thanks to him, I am now completely pain-free, sleeping peacefully, and back to full activity. If you need an outstanding physiotherapist who gets results, see Mr. Shahbaz. You have to be patient and show up to the sessions as in my case it took about 4 months of weekly sessions before i saw full relief .

Had my wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr. Ahmed Osman, and it was a very good experience. I’m usually scared of injections, but Dr. Ahmed made me feel comfortable and calm throughout the procedure. He was gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. The extraction went smoothly, and I’m grateful for the excellent care. His nurse, Mari, was also very kind and reassuring throughout the procedure. Highly recommend Dr. Ahmed Osman and his team!

I’ve not had any bad experience with Harley Street Medical Centre. My recent visits were for my Physiotheraphy sessions I’d like to thank the Physiotherapy Admins - very polite and respectful people, and especially, Mr. Shahbaz Nawaz Ansari I came to him in a very weak condition due to poor posture, which caused ongoing head, neck, and back pain for months. The discomfort affected my daily life and work, and I had been uneasy for a long time. After just two physiotherapy sessions, I already started feeling better, and I went on to complete 10 full sessions. Now, I’m much more aware of maintaining the correct posture, especially at work. The treatment and adjustments truly helped me improve little by little with each session. Physiotherapy can feel intimidating because it involves the body, joints, and movement, so it’s important to be treated by someone you can genuinely trust. I especially trusted Mr. Shahbaz throughout the process, and his professionalism, knowledge, and care gave me confidence from the beginning. I highly encourage anyone dealing with posture-related pain, neck stiffness, or back problems not to ignore it and to seek proper treatment early. A good physiotherapist can make a huge difference to your quality of life.

I've been in different ENT doctors but only Dr.Seema is a good doctor. She educates and cares, something I didn't find in any other ENT specialist. I've been suffering with my allergic rhinitis my whole life and she is the only doctor who helped me how to identify what causes it and helped me to manage it. She also told me that it can be treated after I breastfeed my baby, which no ENT doctor mentioned that this can be treated. Im thankful I met her. We need to have more doctors like her.

Great experience at Harley Street Medical Centre (sleep clinic). The staff are very friendly , and even with a booking there was no waiting time at all. Special thanks to Junnel—very professional and helpful, and he gave me a great overview of the medical centre. I will definitely recommend this place.
