We had a lovely two-week stay at Jewels Tower 2 as a family of three. From the moment we booked, communication with Ritchie from Haus & Haus was great, and even with a late arrival after 10pm, we received a really warm and welcoming greeting. The apartment was even better than expected — the Marina views were amazing, especially from the large balcony where you could sit and watch everything happening day and night. The place was spotless and very comfortable, with modern, easy-to-use tech throughout. Both bedrooms were spacious with en-suite bathrooms, plus an extra bathroom off the main living area. Wi-Fi was strong in most areas (a little weaker in the master bedroom), and the smart TVs in every room were a nice touch. We also loved having a desk with a view for catching up on a few emails, and the second balcony off the second bedroom was a bonus. The location was ideal — The Walk at JBR, the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets were all just a short 5–6 minute walk away. We had one small maintenance issue during our stay, which was sorted quickly and professionally. Overall, a really enjoyable stay in a beautiful apartment with great views and friendly, attentive service. We’d happily recommend it, thank you Ritchie, thank you Haus & Haus!
