Bad experience, period. This was a total letdown. The food was strictly below average, and worse, it tasted like it had just been reheated after a long wait. It was overpriced too. The service was awful—the staff's attitude was the worst I've encountered. To top it off, the tables were untidy, and they didn't bother to change the dirty table cloth between customers. Having the toilet on a separate floor was just an added, inconvenient hassle. Save your time and money.

We had a worst experience in Havana restaurant. There were only two waiters for around 15 tables. There were only limited menu which was reasonable due to LPG issues. The waiting time was too long. The serving size of chicken gravy was too less, not even 2 serves. I would not recommend anyone to dine at this place.

The food is really good, the fish fry tastes excellent, and the chatti choru is the best. A must-try for anyone who loves flavorful meals.

The ambience was pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The chicken biryani tasted really good and was served in just the right quantity. The chicken was especially delicious.

The service was incredibly frustrating. I can't even bring myself to give this restaurant one star. When my family and I arrived for dinner, we had children with us who needed to use the restroom. However, the staff informed us that we could only use it after placing our order. It was unreasonable to expect the children to wait. The management of this restaurant seems to lack common sense. Additionally, the attitude of the staff member was appalling. They couldn't even muster the courtesy to use polite language with customers.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Havana, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality. The décor, music, and overall ambiance made it feel like a quick escape to the heart of Havana itself. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was bursting with flavour and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to offer recommendations, and every one of them hit the mark. Whether you’re looking for a lively night out or a cozy dinner with friends, Havana delivers on all fronts. I’ll definitely be returning soon—and bringing more people with me next time!

Had very bad dining experience overall (27/12/25) , order taker was not at all helpful in taking orders, limited options were given, when we complained the same here was not ready to listen

Worst food and worst service price too expensive spoiled biryani

We stepped in the restaurant after a long day enrouteing to Ooty. Despite being extremely late, we were served hot briyani, fried rice and omelette. My one year old was given scrambled eggs without spices. Piping hot coffee was a top notch. It was a great experience here. Excellent home like food.

One of the worst hotel in coonor, the pricing was very high and the quantity of the items was vey less.ordered dragon chicken and fish fingers taste was good bt for 250 rs the quantity they given was very very less and coming to biriyani they used left over normal rice and made a biriyani and added chicken in that and made chicken biriyani.one more thing cockroaches are everywhere and the jug provided to us filled with some live cockroaches. NOTE: NEVER DARE TO ENTER THIS HOTEL.

The food delivered here was just awesome and they served it really well with good patience and to mention that the price was very reasonable to the quantity and quality of food.

First of all,This restaurant has a good atmosphere......not only the atmosphere also the taste surved here.....I'm totally satisfied with the food thank you!

Very very worst service. If you are very hungry please don't go there, they gonna serve you more than 30 minutes later after order placed. Even after 30 mins they gonna serve you only one dish out of many.
