We visited Havana Club & Sky Lounge with friends for a short break on a weekday. Since it was not crowded, we expected better attention and service. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. At the time of entry, there was no one available at the cloakroom, and no staff member bothered to guide or assist us. The staff clearly lacked basic knowledge about service and hospitality. Even the manager was rude and started arguing with us instead of resolving the issues professionally. We requested drinking water multiple times, but no one responded. The overall behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a club of this category. It felt chaotic and poorly managed. Many new clubs are opening these days, but customer experience and basic courtesy are still missing here. This place seriously needs better management, staff training, and professionalism.

It’s a nice place to party with your group or partner. They have 2 floors which has one cozy roof top area and one closed DJ area(AC) . Area wise it’s mid sized . Food was good . In alcohol we ordered LIIT and shots which could be better . LIIT tasted like Pepsi with very less alcohol . But after insisting they did alter a little . Fish tandoori was nice in starters . They have DJ night on weekends . Parking is there opposite the building .

Visited Havana Club, Bhubaneswar last Saturday with a Zomato dining booking. Extremely bad and frustrating experience. • Despite having a confirmed booking, proper seating was not provided • Manager’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional At the time of billing: • They refused to accept Zomato payment saying booking is not visible • When I insisted, they cancelled the bill and generated a new one with inflated prices Hookah price was increased from ₹1500 to ₹2500 intentionally. I clearly told them that this is overpriced and unfair, but they refused to correct the bill. Also, I received a Petpooja invoice message of ₹7887 first. Within 1 minute, they changed the bill and generated a new invoice of ₹8787. This clearly shows intentional overcharging and bill manipulation. Finally, when I paid the increased bill through Zomato, they again refused to accept the payment saying it is not showing on their system, and kept arguing instead of resolving the issue. Next day when I called, the manager said: “If you were our customer, you should not book through Zomato, you should book directly.” This clearly shows their intention to bypass Zomato and overcharge customers. I have complete proof including both invoice messages. Highly unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Not recommended at all. Be careful before visiting.

The team there is extremely professional, there staffs behaviour is so good and professional .......staffs are very welcoming .......food taste was so good 😊......best club ever HAVANA....... (Special Thanks to Bartender PINTU) really I enjoy there with my friends, really i appreciate......!

One of the best club for a reason in capital city 🌆 .. The customer is top notch the staff's behaviour is well , Music 🎵 quality and the dj of the club is very good , ambience is well maintained and u can get rocking vibe their.. about the sky lounge its also upto the mark with well maintained Ambience and customer service.. I'm not satisfied with the food they served it's just average in taste ....

Unfortunately, my experience here was not good due to the staff. Several employees were rude and unprofessional, which made us feel unwelcome. When you're paying to enjoy a night out, basic courtesy should be expected. The club itself is fine, but customer service needs serious improvement.

I have been visiting Havana on a regular basis-great crowd mix, fast bar service and the music lineup was on point from start to end.

Best night club I have been in bhubaneswar. The services are quite good and also the food. Talking about the ambience, music and dj it was also great. I would recommend people visiting this club and experience amazing nightlife.

The overall atmosphere of the club is really good, with great music and a nice vibe. However, the staff seriously needs to improve their behaviour. They don’t know how to treat customers properly, which affects the entire experience. Hope they work on their customer service, because everything else is great.

Worst experience ever no proper management at all, the entry fee is taken to lock the customer and then inside the service will Be the worst and you have to be inside because the entry fee will not be refunded. So disgusting and irritating.

Waist of time and time. Don't go.Today i went but service nothing .Food quality not good .Specially service from Waiter not good. Manager also same , I told to manager but he don't want to listen. SOON CLOSE .If this type of service then how to run business. GOD save you @Owner
