Very disappointing experience at HDFC Bank. I was assisted by Mr. Mit Rajpopat (M19672), working as a Teller/Authoriser. I was made to wait for more than an hour without any proper communication or justification. On top of that, the behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Staff has some internal issue, being as a customer we dont care about your issue because of issue the are behaving unprofessional. Banking is a service industry, and such treatment towards customers is completely unacceptable. Staff should be trained to handle customers with respect and basic courtesy, especially when delays occur. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both efficiency and customer service standards at this branch.
