Bahria has wonderful place to entertain yourself ,kids n young's of any age , amusement park is fully loaded with swings rides and water park is awesome .1000 RS for all rides .

Cell Phone is Not Allowed in Head Office. Because they have a bad attitude towards customers.

It is like Jail, in today's age they force people to leave mobile phone behind where people Most likely carrying everything in mobile like contacts, Internet banking, important notes, pictures of important documents, worst place to visit , i am unable to figure out what they are afraid of though, blood boiling place.

Unfortunately, the waiting area lacks a suitable environment, with only 01 AC set to 30 Degrees. uncomfortable space for waiting area visitors.

Head office Bahria town authorities excellent surroundings very helpful staff right from the help desk and various counters very neat and clean place sitting area and counters well maintained ticket serving counter displaying your turn very impressed with the whole experience one caution your mobile phone has to be deposited at a counter before entry 😀

Parking, prayer area, washrooms, mineral water available for visitors. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Cleanliness is well managed.

Nice place very secure, well maintained. Staff is very friendly. The only thing I don’t like and understanding abt this is that no one except for the staff is allowed to bring any phone inside the building premises, which is very odd and in this modern and free era. Everyone has to leave their phones in their cars before entering the premises.

The place was hot and conditioning was not working properly, the escalators were switched off• The staff was less keen to resolve your issue, I think overall morale of BTK was down due to recent turmoils

Good clean environments. System is working. Guidance is provided satisfactorily. But in some cases of re- allocation and adjustments of property, it's always confusing. Mobile restrictions in the primeses are adopted. Cafe is expensive but good in taste.

Good service and staff was cooperative

Mobile phones should be allowed. Moreover parking and entrance door are far away. There is only one electric vehicle which is only for show off as one vehicle cannot facilitate all visitors. You are lucky if you find electric vehicle.

That was my first visit to Bahria Town and I can say the environment and cleanliness is fantastic. The construction and amenities are next level. Peaceful and pollution free environment.

It is very far from the city and the daily commute to the office is very expensive... suitable for a retired person. There are no proper schools, no colleges and no universities. There is no transport inside, outside, it is far away. Even if there is, it is not enough. Houses and plots are very expensive. If it reaches, the prices drop... It is not suitable to buy a plot or a house, that too is poorly constructed...

Worst customer services, customer records are maintained like flee market. Customer services team is in efficient, message for overseas to be careful, better buy DHA.
