I had a very positive experience with Dr. Paul. He is a skilled and knowledgeable surgeon who makes you feel at ease from the first consultation. He explains everything clearly and shows genuine care for his patients. The nurses are also very professional, kind, and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, excellent service and a great team. I highly recommend Dr. Paul and his staff.

A special menon to Dr. Emilia (Neurologist) She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained my condition in a clear and reassuring way, and provided a thorough and thoughtful treatment plan. Rudest staff members, from reception to call center to nurses upstairs, everyone is so rude. They treat you as if you work for them. Very rude . Expect for Vilma, only friendly and professional staff so far Last time i came, i wasnt informed that i should inform the reception when i reach, i went straight upstairs and told the nurses in the reception, they told me to wait, i waited 30 minutes after my appointment time.when i spoke with them again, THEY DID NOT RESPONSE, directly, to my face ! I was standing talking to them and all of them disregarded me Also today i call the call center for an appointment, the girl is very rude, i asked her of the availability, she told me that my dietitian is off this Friday, i told her what about next Friday, she replies in a very very very rude way “ miss i told u she’s off on fridays righttt?” Once i finish my package, i am not coming back just because of their customer service, train your staff because we are paying money for you service

The absolute best of the best. Every single person in this clinic is professional, the receptionists, nurses, doctors, literally everything. Dr Nikolaos is literally the best immunologist and his nurse is very professional,very much recommended . They have good follow up , very clean facilities , very much recommend !

I have never had to wait more than an hour to see a doctor, and during this time no one came to apologize or provide an update on when I would be seen. I’ve been to larger clinics with even higher patient flow, yet I’ve never experienced such a long wait.

I can highly recommend Dr Hekmat. Since years I am consulting him for shoulder, lower back and finger problems. I fully trust him as he is always recommending the treatment with fast relief and high impact. Everything is explained well and comprehensive.
