Had a great experience shopping here. I was buying a Seiko watch and the team took the time to recommend options that actually suited my wrist and what I was looking for. The model we finalized wasn’t available at the time, but they went out of their way to arrange it and made sure I got it on time. Really appreciate the effort and the genuinely personalized service. Very disappointed with Helios Watch Store, Whitefield. I gave my Tissot watch for a simple battery replacement, and the technician ended up scratching it while trying to open the case. Instead of taking responsibility, he made excuses to cover up his mistake. This level of carelessness and lack of skill is unacceptable, especially for handling premium watches. I trusted the Helios name, but after this experience, I’ll never go back or recommend this store to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I took my Kenneth Cole mechanical watch in for a minor repair because the seconds hand had come loose. The watch was still under international warranty, and I made that clear when I handed it in. The store representative, Mr. Yusuf, looked confident and took the watch straight to the back where repairs were being done. When I returned after some time, he handed the watch back saying it was fixed. The seconds hand was indeed attached, but when I tried winding the watch, the crown turned freely without resistance, something that was perfectly fine before I gave it in. Only then did they say they do not actually handle the internal mechanics of mechanical watches and would need to raise a service request. After checking further, they realised the watch was bought outside India and told me they could not repair it under warranty here. So basically, my watch was opened by someone not authorised to work on it, potentially voiding my international warranty, all because the staff did not check properly before touching the watch. I am now stuck with a watch that may no longer be covered under warranty and has an additional issue that was not there before. Extremely careless and disappointing experience. I expected a professional approach, not trial and error handling of an international brand watch.

Excellent experience! Staff was welcoming and kind. Everyone was knowledgeable about the products and patiently showed different options in all brands. Inflated prices. When the same seiko alpinist is costing 52K in pune helios they are offering it for 58K. The staff behaviour is rude - they seem to be not interested in selling as they denied to try the watch! Have never seen such disrespectful behaviour in any helios. They have surely lost a consumer for life.
