I had a very positive experience at this medical facility. The hospital is modern, well-equipped, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization. The medical team is highly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, taking time to explain procedures and address concerns clearly. The support staff were equally commendable—courteous, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. From registration to consultation and follow-up, everything was well coordinated. Overall, this is a reliable healthcare center with an expert medical team and excellent patient care. I would confidently recommend it to anyone seeking quality medical services.

I had an 8:00 AM appointment scheduled with the pediatrician for my 3-month-old, which had been booked and confirmed two days in advance. When we arrived, we were told the doctor was in the hospital doing NICU rounds. However, after waiting for 45 minutes, we were informed that the doctor had not arrived at all and the hospital was unable to reach him. While I understand that unexpected situations can occur and this may not entirely be the hospital’s fault, the lack of transparency and communication was disappointing. It would have been far more considerate to inform us from the outset so we could decide how to proceed, rather than waiting unnecessarily — especially with a young infant in the early morning during peak winter. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that steps are taken to improve communication and appointment management to avoid similar experiences for other patients.

The hospital was new and clean. There was minimum patient flow. The OPD service was quick with doctor giving plenty of time to patient. The charges of hospital is on higher side.The OPD charge was 990 for the first visit.

My wife was admitted here for two nights and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the facility is brand new, very clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. It’s far less crowded than other hospitals, and the nursing staff was exceptional—very caring and quick to attend to our needs. However, considering the premium price point, there are several operational issues that need improvement. We experienced confusion regarding medications and the initial room selection. Additionally, the administrative staff at the canteen and reception made several errors. Facility-wise, despite having high-end AC units (Mitsubishi), the room wasn't warm enough. We also faced issues with the hot water supply in the private bathroom, and the attendant’s sleeping chair was quite uncomfortable. We thought this hospital has great potential, but the service and amenities need to match the high cost.

Dr. Anita provided excellent care and support during my wife's treatment. Her clear explanations and patience helped us feel comfortable and confident. The follow-up care was also outstanding. Overall, her compassion and service significantly contributed to our positive experience and my wife's healing.

I went recently to see Dr Govind Pokhrel for my skin problems . I was highly impressed.He is a dermatologist who combines skill, professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend him to anyone requiring a dermatology consultation.

Great staff and good service. The only thing i am not happy with is that there is always so much construction going on at this place.

There’s one doctor called ‘pratik man Gurung’ with zero % professionalism and manners to have a conversation with patients. We’re not coming to you to take any of your rude behavior. We paid your charge and understand that we booked your time until we (patient) are cleared out with our health issues. We visit doctors with alot of hopes and such behaviours will not be accepted doesn’t matter who you’re. I think, for him number of patients matters, that’s why he rush to jump from one to another patient without proper consultation. It’s your job to clear out the patient with their health issues. If you’re failed to do that too then sorry I don’t see you as a ‘Doctor’ Please do your job nicely

An amazing health facility, complete in every sense. It’s the perfect mix of aptitude and attitude of everyone from the receptionists, to the front line health workers to the extraordinary doctors, that makes this place exceptional! I strongly and personally recommend it for any health care needs!

Too expensive. I went for a few physician checkup. They made me do 18000 npr tests. Rip off
