Absolute scammers. Avoid this place at all costs. Went there to get done a battery replacement for my seiko. Tried saying they may not have a battery in stock to reel me in from the beginning. Took the watch and said they do have a battery. Once all done they charged me 1800 rs YES. 1800 rs for a freaking battery replacement!! Invoice mentiones service with battery replacement however I was handed over my watch in a minute or two. What a joke! Go to The Golden Time or Just in Time instead! Miles better.

I had a very disappointing experience at Helio Watch Store, Palladium Ahmedabad. I purchased a Seiko watch from the store, and the sales person assured me that it was an original, made in Japan piece. However, after unboxing it at home, I found that the details clearly mentioned “Made in China.” When I approached the store for a refund, they kept delaying the process. It has been more than 20 days, and I still haven’t received my money back. This kind of misleading information and poor after-sales service is unacceptable, especially from a reputed store. I strongly advise buyers to double-check the product details before purchasing and be cautious about the claims made by the staff.
