The shopping experience was very good the sales staff was very nice and friendly. They also had good collection of watches of Titan, Fast-track, Police and other brands. Had exclusive car parking for Titan customers and parking security was also friendly.

After sales service is very bad. They kept my watch more than 3 months without doing any service.when I enquired then they told me that no service were done because of the non availability of spares. They are irresponsible people.

Such a pathetic experience from Helios watches from Calicut under the manager mr Karthik.never ever expected poor service from them.i have purchased a Titan raga in the month of August.After couple of times usage i realised the discoloration in the chain so immediately i have returned back the watch in the same month.And the staff (mr Karthik) they also accepted there is. Problem with the chanin.After that there were no news at all ,and they kept the watch for almost 3 months and after so many follow up calls and visit s they gave the watch with the worst condition having scratches all over the dial.And i refused to collect the watch.I'm so sad to mention with the complete anguish and agony by the their store manager's behaviour and their response. Guys please be beware of this guys .Their service motto is zero.

Completely Disappointed – Felt Cheated! I purchased a watch directly from this store for ₹11,500, only to find out the same day that the exact same model is listed on their own app for just ₹8,625. That’s a shocking price difference of nearly ₹3,000! This kind of blatant overcharging is unacceptable, especially when customers expect transparency and fairness from a reputed store. I trusted them and made the purchase in good faith, but now I feel misled and exploited. If you’re considering buying from this place, check their app or website first – don’t get fooled like I did. This experience has totally shattered my trust. Not going back again!

Most of all the time Premium collection's only . Service of watches little bit expensive and some models of titan always facing issues so need to think before buying a titan watch. Customer relationship of shopkeeper not that much great. Giving this rating is only for it's ambience and showcasing of collection's.

Wonderful experience shopping at Helios. Have great design and collections for those who love variety designs. Bought couple watch for my parents for their wedding anniversary here.

We went to Helios on a friends suggestion. Really suprised. Great collection, good service and so many brands. Titan, fastrack, Anne clein, Calvin clein, police, citizen, tommy, fossil and many more. Even Cerutti! Special mention to Mr Shahbaz, Ms Jaya and Mr karthik for helping me select an elegent Clavin Clein watch. Will definitly recomment to friends.
