I had the pleasure of visiting HELIOS , and I was thoroughly impressed with their craftsmanship and professionalism. The quality of their marble is exceptional—pristine, durable, and available in a wide variety of stunning patterns and colors to suit any project. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. From helping me select the perfect marble to explaining the different finishes and maintenance tips, the team was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Their facility was well-organized, showcasing a vast inventory of marble slabs and finished products.

Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I placed an order and made full payment upfront, trusting that they would deliver as promised. Not only did they fail to meet the deadline, but they kept making excuses and gave no real solution. They even assured me they would fix the issue, yet nothing was done. The biggest issue is the owner, Ayush. He is unbelievably arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility for his company’s failures, he talks down to customers and refuses to acknowledge any mistakes. His attitude alone is a reason to avoid this business. If you value honesty, reliability, and basic customer service, do not waste your time or money here. This company lacks professionalism and should not be trusted

This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. I paid in full for my order, expecting timely delivery as promised. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but they also gave excuse after excuse, showing zero accountability. After repeated follow-ups, they assured me they would fix the issue—another blatant lie. The worst part? The owner himself is the problem. Arrogant, disrespectful, and completely clueless about how to run a business. Instead of addressing customer concerns, he talks down to people, dismisses complaints, and acts like he’s doing you a favor by taking your money. No professionalism, no integrity—just an awful attitude from the top down. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this place. They don’t care about customers, only about getting paid. A disgraceful excuse for a business

I wanted flooring for my recently acquired apartment, and I just stumbled across Helios (u cannot miss the huge board from the highway). It's not a store for marbles, it's a village. They have ridiculous no of varities of exotic stones. I prefer very subtle aesthetics for my flooring, and i managed to find something which I liked very soon. But my curiosity got the better of me, and I requested the salesman a tour of the entire store, espite having made my selection. They obliged and even treated us with some snacks at the end of it. The remaining transaction was smooth and i received the truck just the next day after the payment was made. Thank you Team Helios and a special shout out to Ayush who was patient with me and helped me select the marble.
