Helmond hotel

Wonderful hotel . The reception area is very elegant and the staff are friendly. The lobby is large with plenty of sofas and a buffet where refreshments are served. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious, even the single rooms, and each has a small balcony with a beautiful view.

It was my second time staying in Helmond in Erbil, and its going to be definitely other visits. The place is so clean and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Mr. Ari has been really helpful and supportive. We felt home. My main concern in the hotel is the washroom. It was so clean and tidy. Wish them success and see them in the next visit hopefully.

I would definitely recommend it. It was a very nice hotel. We were very comfortable. If I come to Iraq again, I would still choose this hotel.

Harika konforlu temiz odalar. Lezzetli ve geniş kahvaltı. Lezzetli yemekler. Yardımsever personel. Fiyat diğer otellere göre fazla ama değer.

الايجابيات - الفندق حديث و مصمم بشكل جميل و مميز. - فندق عائلي بأمتياز اذ لا يقدم الكحول و لا بسمح به و اشكرهم على ذلك. - نظيف و مرتب. - الفطور كامل متكامل ممتاز. - الموقع جيد على بعد دقائق معدودة سيرا من گولان مول. - الخدمة و الطاقم ممتاز. السلبيات - الضوضاء العالي من شارع گولان دائم الحركة خصوصا لغرفةالواجهة للطوابق المنخفضة. - الانترنيت ضعيف من حيث السرعة و استقرار الشبكة. - عدا الجناح فغرف الشخصين صغيرة و ضيقة. - لا يحتوي على حدائق او ساحات او مواقف سيارات كافية الا ان الفندق يوفر خدمة استلام السيارة. - مقعد المرحاض غير مصمم بشكل جيد اذ انه ضحل و صغير و غير عملي و غير مريح.

I had a fantastic experience at Helmond Hotel in Erbil. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location is also perfect—central and easy to access. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the calm atmosphere throughout the hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell that made the whole room unpleasant. In the morning, there was no coffee available, which is a basic expectation for any hotel. To make matters worse, the staff accused me of stealing items from the room—which was completely false and extremely offensive. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a hotel before. Overall, a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay elsewhere.

مكان جدا مميز و هادء الغرفة نضيفة كثير كانت و جميلة الاطلالة مميزة مهتمين باصغر التفاصيل الحمام كبير و نضيف الفطور اصناف منوعة كل شيء موجود ممتازة المسبح ماء حار الساونا نضيف جدا الجيم همنا . الموظفين جدا معاونين مرتبين الاستعلامات المطعم الادارة ايضا تجربة رائعة كانت اكثر شيء عجبني فيه الموقع قريب من الاسواق و الاجواء عائلية يستحق التجربة بتوفيق ان شاء الله شكرا كثير

Such a wonderful good place to have a vacation on from general service rooms breakfast and its strategic/perfect location in Erbil . BUT its have an issue make it unpleasant Which is women can’t swim there if we had a vacation there at least mention specific time or hours to swim ,we have families.. i also noticed there is no women in the staff With sincere regards.

I visited this hotel in my last flight to erbil Their breakfast is good , big swimming pool , clean rooms ,Their flexibility and treatment of staff is best specifically Mr Ari,he is good manger and have great experience in problem solving and guest satisfaction. Just Tv problem I wish they fix it in my next trip to Helmond

Warning – Do not book this hotel! We booked two separate rooms, one of which was for two people. We, who stayed in that particular room, didn’t get a minute of sleep that night. The noise insulation was non-existent – every sound from the street came right into the room. Without exaggerating, it felt like we were sleeping on the balcony. On top of that, loud bangs from the roof could be heard every other hour throughout the night. In the morning, we went down to the reception to report how unacceptable it was to place guests in such rooms. Their excuse was that “people who usually stay there are used to the noise” and that we had booked a room close to the street – as if that was our choice. Since when do guests get to choose their exact room when booking? Their “solution” was to let us move into the third person’s room and offer a measly $20 discount. That’s nowhere near enough to compensate for an entire night of misery. To make matters worse, we had to practically beg for extra towels after being crammed into one room. I will never set foot in this hotel again, and I will never recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money on this worthless place.

One of the best hotel I ever visited , staff is perfect specifically Mr Sherzad he was too cooperative,breakfast is incredible Room is too clean and location is best , but at check in and check out the lobby specifically reception was too hot the ac wasn’t able to cover the area you make sweat
