We visited Heritage Village Resort & Spa for a weekend getaway with family — parents and children — in April this year, and it turned out to be a truly delightful experience. The property itself is charming and beautifully maintained, with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The rooms were extremely comfortable and thoughtfully stocked — the generous complimentary snacks were a pleasant surprise and a lovely touch. What really stood out was how family-friendly the resort is. There were so many activities to keep everyone engaged that it genuinely felt like so many things to do, so little time! From kids to adults, there was something for everyone. We opted for the breakfast and lunch/dinner package, and the buffet did not disappoint — a great spread, plenty of variety, and most importantly, very tasty food. The staff deserve a special mention — incredibly accommodating, courteous, and always ready to help. We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday, and the team went the extra mile by arranging a complimentary birthday cake (which was delicious!) and decorating her room. It absolutely made her day and was such a thoughtful gesture. The pool was another highlight — lots of fun and perfect for a relaxed family unwind. Overall, a wonderful, well-rounded experience. If you’re looking for an easy, enjoyable family getaway near Delhi NCR, this place delivers on comfort, hospitality, and experience.

The staff was polite, helpful, and well behaved throughout the visit. I also appreciated their effort to reduce unnecessary paper usage, which reflects a thoughtful and eco-friendly approach. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a great venue for weddings or a relaxing getaway.

Attended marriage ceremony in this resort. Was delighted to see such a well maintained & excellent property. Food was excellent. Staff to good & polight. Service is one of the best which I have seen in this industry. Most imp I lost my ROlEX watch which was safely delivered to me by their lost & found dept with all details where & when they found the watch . I was highly impressed by their security & CCTV system.

If someone is looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway from the hustle and bustel of Delhi NCR then Heritage Village Resort is the perfect place.. the property has been maintained very beautifully, atmosphere is very calm and relaxing.. it's perfect for a weekend stays and for marriages.. the food is just amazing.. their buffet offered excellent variety.. whether the breakfast or the dinner the quality remained consistently high.. the staff here deserves a special mention, everyone is very courteous, well behaved, responsive, polite and helpful.. Mr. Daljeet Aswal is a very nice and courteous guy and his team was also very nice.. the overall vibe of the resort is peaceful and family friendly.. we enjoyed every moment of our stay at this place..

I stayed at Heritage Village Resort & Spa on 16th January for the YPO event. Overall, my experience at the property was very pleasant and memorable. The welcome was excellent with aarti and tilak, the food was delicious throughout the event, and the arrangements were handled very well. The event team was extremely supportive and professional. I was also escorted by a front office associate unfortunately I do not recall her namewho was very polite, helpful, and guided me well around the property. hospitality, ambience, and service standards of the hotel were truly commendable. However, I would like to bring to your attention an incident that was quite disappointing and unexpected from a five star property. There was a lady named Shreyoshi, whom I later came to know is a manager. Initially, she helped me by showing the way to my event venue, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, shortly after that, I observed her shouting at a one of lady employee at the reception in front of guests. This itself was unprofessional, but what was more disturbing was spoke , कितने गवार लोग है जब पता नहीं होते है तो फाइव स्टार क्यों ही जाते है This comment was extremely rude, disrespectful, and not acceptable in any hospitality environment, especially in front of guests. I have stayed in many five-star hotels, but I have never witnessed such behavior from someone in a managerial position. I also reported this incident to another manager in the restaurant, but it seemed that the matter was not escalated further. My humble request to the Heritage management is to please look into this seriously and provide appropriate training in guest handling and professional conduct. A single such incident can negatively impact the otherwise excellent reputation of a wonderful property like yours. Very disappointing experience at Heritage Village Resort. The hospitality was poor throughout — staff behavior felt unwelcoming, and bringing the bill while we were still eating was honestly rude and uncomfortable, as if they wanted us to leave quickly. The food was below average and definitely not worth the expensive pricing. Overall, a 2/10 experience — the only reason it gets those 2 points is because the property itself looks aesthetically nice.

We went for group event on 1 March for Holi Every thing was amazing just make my day Whole staff and people there are polite and very nice service. You must go there. only one thing spoiled my mood. One of the gaurd misbehaved and was talking nonsense for my son. He is having ADHD. I didn't raised issue because he might loose his his job. Please teach your gaurds manners for special person.

what an amazing place for a staycation The rooms are amazing, so nice and so cozy, we even got complimentary sweet and savoury snacks. The horse concierges at the entrance are just so extra and makes you feel so fancy. Food is good, they just have too much Indian food options at the buffet, should include more continental too. They give everyday activity lists which is amazing, time to time you can go to do those activities. SO FUN The spa is quite amazing too actually, very relaxing. They have a lot of activities sports options too, like Pickleball, badminton, archery, cricket etc. Must go if you want a relaxing staycation with your family ( go for 2 nights minimum)

Very luxurious resort with central lobby flanking multiple clusters of rooms numbering about 30-40. Each cluster has its dedicated reception, small garden and fountain. The property has four beautifully maintained lush green gardens surrounding the cluster of rooms and ample parking. Food is good to me, not wow but good service/response/dressing/ politeness.

Everything was excellent, especially the food, and Chef Tika was absolutely amazing! However, the pool guard was highly unprofessional. He was staring intensely at everyone as if he was angry or about to pick a fight. Furthermore, when I asked him for a towel, he refused to provide one, forcing me to go back to my room to get my own towel.

Staff is not friendly. They are very casual and a bit rude. They don't value guest's time. They made us wait, without even being apologetic about it. We went to enquire for a wedding event. They did not show us around, because they were confident that we won't be able to afford the budget. I think they judge the book by its cover. Without even any formal introduction they told us about the budget and sent us off. All this happened in the initial morning business hours. Saturday the 2nd May, 2027. That much for hospitality. Kudos.

Nice ambience, courteous staff, clean and hygenic. Swimming pool is good. Quality of food and taste is very good. Maintenance of property and overall architecture and design are very good. Avoid during marriage season. Rooms are just ok. Very nice place to spend time at reasonable price

Heritage Village Manesar is an absolutely stunning property—truly insane in terms of how beautiful and well-maintained it is. The venues are gorgeous and versatile, making them perfect for a grand Indian wedding with multiple functions. What really stood out was the staff: extremely courteous, warm, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure everything ran smoothly and comfortably for us and our guests. The food service was excellent—great quality, great variety, and very well managed across all events. From the property aesthetics to the hospitality and venues, everything came together seamlessly. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our wedding celebrations. Highly recommended! ✨

Had a recent one-night family stay at Heritage Village Resort & Spa, Manesar. While the property is well maintained and the location is excellent, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The senior staff was outright rude and far from guest-friendly, which is unacceptable for a property of this level. Service standards were very poor, and there was a clear lack of professionalism and hospitality. It’s unfortunate because the place has great potential, but without serious improvement in staff behavior and service quality, it does not justify the stay. Would not recommend at this stage.

I am writing this with extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent visit to Mama Miso. To begin with, the location updated on Google Maps for your restaurant is completely incorrect. This led me to a wrong and dangerous place, forcing me to book a cab and take an incorrect turn just to finally reach your restaurant. This is highly irresponsible on their part and created unnecessary stress, risk, and inconvenience for me. Restaurant must correct this location immediately so that no other customer has to go through such an ordeal. On top of this, the food experience was nothing short of disastrous. Being a huge fan of Japanese cuisine, I had genuinely looked forward to dining at this restaurant. However, what I received was extremely bland, tasteless, and completely devoid of any authentic flavor. It felt like a complete waste of my hard-earned money and valuable time. I came with expectations of good food but left feeling cheated and deeply dissatisfied. This experience was nothing but a nightmare, and I am extremely upset with both the misleading location and the poor quality of food. I will make sure to never visit this place again, as it was purely a waste of time and money. Although the staff was polite and well-mannered, that alone does not compensate for such a terrible overall experience.

Very nice resort! Outdoor spaces were stunning and lots of activities like koi fish feeding and horse carriage ride! Rooms were nice, power flickered sometimes, but otherwise spacious and lots of complimentary items. Service was also very kind and helpful throughout the stay. New Year’s party was nice as well. Overall, definitely recommend this place for a vacation!

Impressive hidden paradise. A lot of flowers, luxury interiors, good service. Here you can find everything you could wish. I choosed Asian restaurant, good food, quiet and peaceful. Loved the place and stuff.
