Been a regular customer for years. For the third time this year, I made a huge purchase from them, the bill coming up to 360 KD. And they never showed any appreciation. They didn't even offer one free item or a cupoun or a discount or anything at all. When I contacted management, they said they can't. This business is utterly irrational. All it cares about is money and it seems determined to displease and lose customers.
