Hide-In Udaipur

I had a wonderful experience staying at HideIn Udaipur. The location is absolutely perfect—almost all the major tourist spots are within 1 km, which made exploring more convenient. The vibe and ambience of the hotel was warm, inviting, and full of the charm one had hope for when visiting Udaipur. They have a rooftop restaurant- MANNAT with such superb flavors. I enjoyed the stunning rooftop views of the city and lake pichola. Talking about rooms- they were fully cleaned and had a magical lakeside view. Overall, the staff, the hospitality, the perfect golden hour views with a perfect location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Udaipur!

Very good accommodation. Nice ambience. Comfortable beds. Room size perfect. Good cleanliness. Only observation is one stand is required in Bathroom for keeping clothes and towels while taking bath.

I advise anyone before booking this hotel to read all the poor reviews as they do truly represent this hotel. The rooms are shabby, and in much need of updating and repair. It is a noisy Hotel as hotel next door, who has issues with this hotel, plays very loud music from 7.30am to midnight. The towels and bed linen are old and threadbare. Very bad smells of drains in room and corridors. I am so grateful to the lady franchisee owner that you hiked your prices so high for a 6 month stay that I thought you were crazy and decided to move and look elsewhere. I am now in an apartment in a beautiful hotel, with snow white clean bed sheets and towels, exceptionally clean. Stunning location, excellent food and peaceful. Staff are 100% You should visit to find out how to run a hotel properly. Oh by the way their charges were totally acceptable for a 6 month stay. Again my heartfelt thanks that you are greedy delusional women who did me a great favour. Avoid this sham of a hotel

Hotel is really very clean n tidy. The staffs r rly co operative. Place is super good. The view from the hotel is just super. All the places are nearby. Their food service is super and tastes awesome. Rahul made our dinner more pleasant with his sweet gesture. Thank u so much for the beautiful experience. V had a chance to experience the live music on a roof top with a great food.

I recently had a stay at Hide-in Udaipur and it was amazing. The location is perfect with lake view rooms, not too away from the market crowd but peaceful enough to enjoy your stay. All the tourist places are a walk away, there is a market also on your way to tourist places so you don't have to go anywhere else. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very polite and supportive. They help you through your trip as well. Also they have their own rooftop restaurant named Mannat, which also serves delicious food. We had lunch and our complimentary breakfast there which was really good. And the views from the restaurant are cherry on top. Yes, the food is priced, but many restaurants in the area serves food at almost same price so you can consider having your meal here also. They have live music on weekends and that adds charm in your evenings. The singers are well trained so you actually enjoy musical evening. Overall our stay was very good and satisfactory.

My lake-view stay in Udaipur was beautiful, The room was simple but clean, cozy, and offered beautiful views of the shimmering lake. The staff were friendly, and the location was great for exploring the city on foot. For a budget traveller wanting a peaceful and scenic stay, this place was perfect. Highly recommended! ❤️

1. No parking. When asked for parking they asked us to pay 500 rs extra per day and also mentioned that even Taj doesn't have parking. They call it prime location and said Rajdarshan is not good. (I stayed at Rajdarshan and its excellent) 2. Untidy rooms and bedsheets. Room had multiple lizards and cockroaches. The work desk in the room is not functional. 3. No proper room service. Unreasonably Expensive food with no proper hygiene. 4. They are charging 2 percent extra for card payments. And they will make you pay with the card. They will not accept Swiggy dine out. I had to carry out my luggage myself ( which i can but its their hospitality that angers me) Google doesn't allow me to give negative ratings and thats the reason it is 1 star for everything.

The room we were provided had ultimate views, the staff was very polite and co-operative, don't miss out on their rooftop restaurant if you're staying, it's a bonus tip in the night :)

I will give -5 Star – Extremely Unprofessional Staff Terrible experience at Hide in Udaipur. When we complained about missing amenities, the receptionist responded rudely instead of helping. What shocked us most was that he brought caste into the argument, saying “में जाट हूँ” — completely irrelevant, unprofessional, and offensive. We never discussed caste at all. This behavior is unacceptable in hospitality. Avoid this place. Guests deserve respect, not intimidation. As paying guests, we expected respectful and professional service. This incident reflects poor staff training and a lack of basic hospitality standards. I strongly urge Hide-In management to take corrective action. Until then, I cannot recommend this property. We had a nice stay at the hide-in. The location is great, it's only a short walk from the Palace and has lovely views over the lake. We ate at the rooftop restaurant and enjoyed the food.

I had a great experience staying id hidein udaipur. Great place to stay. Has a fabulous view of lake and city palace is around 750 meters walking distance. It is in the middle of old city and the locality is safe.

We just put the best hotels in Udaipur on the map and their names came up but we could not be sure, so we did it for 1 day and now it is for 4 days and I would like to say that all of you should definitely visit once, their staff themselves are very nice people

It lacks basic amenities like parking and proper toilet facilities. The room had a constant unpleasant odor, and not all rooms provide a lake view. Overall, it doesn’t justify the price.

It was a nice option for stay .. room includes nice view too .. near to every place .. good stay and a hygienic place to stay .. if u visit udaipur please consider here

Loved the experience here, we booked 111. Best room in the hotel with Jacuzzi. Its like the Room is league ahead from the hotel overall, we booked it for Honeymoon & it served the purpose real well
