Very disappointing and stressful experience.
I received the initial quotation on 18 March 2026 and paid the advance on 30 March, with an agreed delivery date of 6 April. However, the company only contacted me on 11 April to arrange delivery for 14 April, which was already a serious delay.
On 14 April, I was informed of another delay and told that part of the fittings had not been purchased yet. I was also asked to pay an additional AED 250 because the price had increased. This was surprising, as the order had already been confirmed and fully paid.
When delivery finally took place, only the wardrobe structures were installed, but the essential internal fittings were missing, which made the furniture unusable for its intended purpose.
For the next three weeks, I kept asking for updates and was repeatedly told that the fittings were “on the way” and delivery was expected soon. I asked many times for confirmation that the order had actually been placed.
Only later did it become clear that the fittings had in fact been ordered only yesterday, which means for weeks I was being given inaccurate and misleading information about the real status of my order.
The situation became even more upsetting because of the way communication was handled. During the discussion, a manager made an inappropriate personal remark: “You don’t know who my father is,” which I found completely unacceptable in a professional business conversation.
When I continued asking for clarification and pointed out the inconsistency regarding the order status, I was removed from the WhatsApp group instead of being given a proper explanation or solution.
Today is 24 April, and my order is still not completed.
As someone who has lived in the UAE for many years, I value professionalism, transparency, and respectful treatment of clients. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards at all.
I hope the company improves its customer service, internal coordination, and respect toward clients in the future.
