I had a wonderful time while staying at the Hilton Salalah Resort. It was exactly what I needed in a vacation. The facilities are beautiful, with a huge pool overlooking the beach which is attached to the hotel grounds. The restaurant food was outstanding and portions were huge! The best part of my stay was the lovely and accomodating staff members. Al Amin was great during my check-in, and throughout my stay he gave me superb service. Ashjan, Camille, and Ellen were very accomodating, patient and lovely. I also appreciated Camille's quick and polite responses to my messages before my arrival. Abdullah was also very kind. The Housekeeping staff on the 4th floor was extremely nice and did a great job. Thank you everyone for making my stay wonderful!

Bardzo spokojny hotel - brak animacji i programu artystycznego wieczorami. Pokoje przestronne i czyste. Codzienne sprzątanie bez zarzutów. Czyste i zadbane przestrzenie wspólne tj. lobby, ogród, basen i plaża. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Ładne widoki. Duża plaża (mogłaby być lepiej zagospodarowana w części hotelowej). Brak placu zabaw dla dzieci. Leżaki przy basenie bardzo wygodne. Niestety hotel sieci Hilton w Salalah odbiega standardem gastronomicznym od innych hoteli 5*. Najsłabszymi punktami są obiady i kolacje. Jedzenie jest bardzo mało urozmaicone, w większości zimne. Goście, którzy pojawiają się jako pierwsi w restauracji mają największy wybór a z późniejszymi uzupełnieniami różnie bywa. Najczęściej brakuje wielu dań a jak się już pojawią to są zimne - zapraszam do fotorelacji. Najbardziej smutne jest to, że hotel nie wyciąga wniosków z opinii swoich gości o czym świadczą liczne wcześniejsze opinie wskazujące restaurację jako najsłabsze ogniwo obiektu oraz zapewnienia kierownictwa o planowanych zmianach. Mam nadzieję, że tym razem kierownictwo hotelu nie przejdzie obojętnie obok kolejnej tego typu opinii ponieważ oceniam ten obiekt jako hotel z potencjałem.

Hotel ładny i zadbany. Pokoje czyste i codziennie sprzątane. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Plaża szeroka po której chodzą wielbłądy. Na plaży znajduje się kilka parasoli i leżaków dosyć daleko oddalonych od morza. Najsłabszym punktem tego hotelu jest restauracja główna. Brak urozmaicenia. Jedzenie zimne i zawsze to samo i bez różnicy czy to był lunch czy kolacja. Zawsze zima ryba w jakimś sosie, twarde mięso w gulaszu, dwa rodzaje ryżu i gotowane warzywa (brokuł, marchewka i kalafior) oraz pieczone ziemniaki. Wieczorem dodatkowo pojawiał się grillowany kurczak oraz inne twarde i chłodne mięso, kilka sałatek oraz ciast, które rzadko były uzupeniane. Jeżeli ktoś przyszedł poźniej to brakowało jedzenia a reszta była zimna ponieważ nie było ono podgrzewane na bieżąco tak jak ma to miejsce w innych hotelach. Dodatkowe chciałbym przestrzec przed wizytami w barze Whispers gdzie zostałem pogryziony przez jakieś owady (ponad 30 śladów co zakończyło się wizytą w szpitalu w Salalah). Brak placu zabaw. Brak wieczornych atrakcji. Hotel nie spełnia standardu hoteli 5* i mocno odstaje standardem i jakością wyżywienia od innych hoteli 5* hoteli sieci Hilton.

We had a meeting venue, setup is amazing, presentation facilities without hassle, beverages and coffee in the meeting room is very rich and fresh. We had a group lunch set menu and everything is well prepared and served in a very comfortable and enjoyable manner. All the above is at an affordable cost and the meeting room was complimentary. The hotel is fully renovated and generally comfortable. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The rooms do not provide slippers. During our entire stay of three days, the room was not properly vacuumed or cleaned. Upon arrival, we found fruits under the bed and a medicine box that belonged to previous guests, which indicates poor housekeeping standards. The food at the hotel restaurant was among the worst we have experienced. The salads were not fresh, and the meat and chicken were of very poor quality—very tough and difficult to eat. The food quality does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. The chef should be changed, and more focus should be placed on Arabic cuisine that reflects the country’s identity, rather than Indian food. In addition, the restaurant does not offer basic beverages during dinner, such as juices or soft drinks. The beach is public and far from the hotel, requiring transportation to reach it. The hotel does provide a shuttle service to and from the beach, which is appreciated. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, but the housekeeping service needs significant improvement, and food quality must be taken more seriously to match a five-star rating.

I checked into Hilton Salalah on 13 June 2026 at around 2:00 PM after a 15-hour drive from Dubai. I had booked two rooms: one Sea View room and one Garden Access room. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that the Garden Access room I had booked was not available. What was frustrating was that nobody contacted me in advance or explained the situation properly at check-in. Instead, I was assigned a different room without any clear communication. The Garden Access room was specifically booked for three adults and was supposed to include two beds and a sofa bed as requested. However, the room provided only had two beds. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that the original room was under maintenance. This raised an obvious question: if the room was unavailable, why was I not informed before arrival? After driving for 15 hours, all I wanted was a room where I could change clothes and relax. Instead, I spent nearly two hours dealing with the issue while being shown alternative rooms that did not meet the booking requirements. I repeatedly heard that management would be consulted or would contact me, but no effective solution was provided. To make matters worse, I had arranged a birthday surprise for the second room. Instead of coordinating discreetly, the hotel called the room directly to ask when they should deliver the cake, completely ruining the surprise. Eventually, after almost two hours, I was given a room with two beds and a sofa bed, which should have been provided from the beginning. That said, I would like to sincerely thank Ellen from the Front Office. She genuinely did her best to assist us, even offering me lunch while I waited. Unfortunately, the support came from her personal effort, as I received no meaningful assistance from management. I would also like to recognize Ahmed from the Concierge team, who was kind, professional, and delivered the level of service expected from a five-star hotel. A special thanks as well to the Food & Beverage team, who were outstanding throughout our stay. Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests were exceptional. Every interaction with the team was pleasant, and they consistently delivered the high standard of service that reflects the true spirit of Hilton hospitality. Hilton Salalah is a beautiful property with great facilities and a wonderful location. However, the poor communication, room allocation issues, and lack of management support during check-in significantly affected our experience. Without the efforts of Ellen, Ahmed, and the F&B team, our stay would have been far more disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication with guests, especially when booked room types are unavailable.

We had the worst view for the room, our room was just facing the wall of the next building. The breakfast was terrible, we stayed for 3 days and ate almost the same thing again and again. The chef did not know how to make indian food, it was not good. The rooms and facilities were pretty basic for the rate that was charged, we payed premium rates for 2 rooms just because it was Eid holidays, but it wasn't even the season period in Salalah. The housekeeping staff were really friendly and their service was really good. Overall a disappointing stay.

Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service . Alle Angestellten waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Shahangir, der sich rund um den Pool sehr um die Gäste gekümmert und sie mit Strand-Badetücher versorgt hat. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich war 13 Tage in Salalah und hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Essen hervorragend und das gesamte Personal unglaublich freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Maria vom Service-Team. Sie war jederzeit hilfsbereit, herzlich und hat uns mit ihren Tipps den Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. Dank ihr und dem tollen Team konnte ich mich perfekt erholen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We were guests at the Hilton Salalah and felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. We would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by waiter Kavindu and chef Selan. At our request, they served us delicious Sri Lankan food twice – freshly prepared with vegetables from their own garden. The menu was not only authentic but also thoughtfully composed, making our stay truly special. A heartfelt thank you to the team for their hospitality and personal touch – we genuinely felt appreciated.

Hotel w spokojnej okolicy, dla szukających spokoju i pustych plaż. Obsługa miła i zaangażowana. Pokoje duże czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Do przyszłych gości Hotelu i miłośników zwierząt,prośba o zabranie karmy dla 2 kotków,które koczują przed hotelem przy postoju taksówek.Bardzo proszę o napełnijcie im brzuszki to dla nich szansa na przeżycie w tych trudnych warunkach. Polecam tez bardzo korzystanie z usług tych taksówkarzy ,są bardzo mili i oferują po lekkim targowaniu zwiedzenie atrakcji regionu Salalach za bardzo konkurencyjne ceny do niektórych wycieczek organizowanych przez biura podróży. Oferuja czas na zwiedzenie i przewóz, można się super dogadać przez tłumacza w telefonie.

We bought a King Deluxe Seaview Room and got a King Deluxe AC View Room - along with the constant noise of a jet engine day and night - a great disappointment and not to mention, misrepresentation. Surprised that they decided it is a good idea to place all the cooler units of the hotel within eye- and earshot to almost half of the rooms. We had to ask each day if it was possible to be assigned the room we actually bought (they insisted that it's labelled a Seaview Room in their system so a 'computer says no situation') but was always turned away as the hotel was 'fully booked'. Eventually, we agreed to have 2 dinners comp'ed (but see food review below). The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable but don't expect any bathrobes, slippers or bathroom amenities in this 5-star facility. Then there was the food - since this is basically an all-inclusive hotel for packages from Eastern Europe, all the buffet meals were bland and not appetising at all. (And there was the 'mandatory' New Year's Eve dinner which is a story for another time.) Luckily plenty of decent options in the city (but that's a good 15-minute drive away). The alcoholic offerings were very expensive, considering their quality. The staff were friendly in general and try their best but are overwhelmed most of the time, especially at the beach bar and restaurant. And if you have not reserved a sunbed with a towel by 9am, you are out of luck until the sunset though many of them will not be used most of the day (though this more the clientale than the hotel's fault). Oh, and be prepared to be a stone's throw away from a huge cement factory complex and a gigantic container port; you'd catch the latter (day and night) from every corner of the hotel grounds. Overall, not worth the price.

Hello, we would like to share our experience from staying at your hotel. We visited it with our family and we have to say that the hotel is really very nice and the environment is pleasant. The staff was always helpful, kind and smiling, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was always clean and tidy, which we appreciate. As for the food, we rate it at 4.5 out of 5 – tasty and varied, but we lacked a larger range of dishes designed specifically for children. Unfortunately, there was no children's corner, which could be a disadvantage for families with small children. The beach by the sea is extremely long, which is pleasant, but unfortunately its condition was not ideal - destroyed and without maintenance. I understand that the hotel is not to blame, but it's a shame. Overall, I would recommend the hotel more to older people who are looking for a quiet stay. I would not recommend it for families with children due to the absence of an animation program and children's activities. Thank you for a pleasant stay and we wish you much success.

I went to this hotel in early September and the service was amazing. The rooms especially the ones on the top floors are great. The restaurant on the beach is awesome. You must try the lobster there. Also the shop is great and you should buy some of their frankincense. I will definitely go there again.. the management was exceptional in handling my problems. I really appreciate everyone. I met there in September 2025.

Wir waren fast zwei Wochen im Hilton und hatten ganz viel Spaß. Zimmer war sehr gross, super sauber!!! Der Ujjal hat sich jeden Tag darum gekümmert und hat es sehr gut gemacht! Vielen Dank Ujjal!! Auch in der Küche hatten wir super Service erlebt und köstliche Speisen serviert bekommen. An dieser Stelle besonders Dank an Yohanna und Khim!!! Und noch eine ältere, deren Name ich vergessen hatte! Danke dass ihr uns so verwöhnt habt. Am Bar war immer der Nagi bereit für alle unsere Wünsche- Danke! Aber allgemein kann ich nur positiv schreiben . Ich würde jedem auch empfehlen ein Auto bei dem Dollar car zu vermieten und das Gegend zu erkunden. Noch was wichtiges; ALLE waren super nett, freundlich und kompetent, auch für unseren Sohn Dante. Danke vielmals!!

Beautiful place to stay. Very near to beach just walking distance. Private and good courteus staff. It has in hour restaurant which provide authentic Omani Cusines to explore.

The hotel is perfect in overall, when the number of guests in very low the breakfast will be in menu not buffet (usually this in off season) Still they offers good breakfast. I have added a pictures a took from the top side for the hotel while I'm in the airplane ✈️.

Buon albergo nello stile Hilton. Camere molto spaziose, bagno con bidet, personale attento sempre a disposizione. Il ristorante buffet, con una buona scelta di piatti anche se alcuni non eccellenti, offre possibilità di pranzare sia all'interno che a bordo piscina dove c'è un barbecue per pesce e carni grigliate al momento. Bar e ristorante esterni zona spiaggia e piscina. Una menzione ai camerieri molto disponibili e professionali nel gestire e risolvere ogni mia richiesta. La vista del porto (per dovere di cronaca al porto non ci sono ne raffinerie ne petroliere) e l'immensa spiaggia libera fronte hotel penalizzano il giudizio. Ma per un paio di notti, magari al termine di un tour, può essere una buona soluzione per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

We had our event today at Hilton Salalah Resort using their AlBalid Ballroom with coffee Break and Lunch . The Ballroom amazing we like it our event was smooth and awesome. The food were so delicious as well and most importantly the staff were very helpful. Thank you Hilton Salalah team . Looking forward to do our next event with you again.
