I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Hotel and the customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Mark for his outstanding service. He was very kind, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Mark went above and beyond to assist us and made our experience even more enjoyable. His positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction truly represent the high standards of Hilton. Thank you, Mark, for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and excellent service.

Had a wonderful stay! The service here is truly top-notch. A special shout-out to Mr. Najaf at the executive lounge for his friendly and attentive service—he made our dining experience great. Also, a big thanks to Mr. Shihab for helping us with our bags; he was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Professional staff and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this hotel for one night.The rooms are nice. The service is good. The iftar buffet was awesome. Food was very good and the service was excellent. I would especially mention Mr Mark who made us feel very comfortable and served us whatever we wanted in the buffet.He even helped us to arrange food for our toddler.. I was especially impressed by his good etiquettes and politeness. I personally want to thank him for his hospitality.

Despite the long journey and the fatigue I experienced, I was met with exceptional cooperation and care from the reception staff, especially Brother #Mohammed. I would also like to commend Sister #Sheikha for her warm smile, as well as the other sister who was with her (I apologize for not knowing her name). Their professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Sister{ Ibtisam, }the receptionist at the breakfast restaurant. When she learned that I was pregnant and sensitive to strong food odors, she thoughtfully ensured that I was seated in a comfortable area away from the smells. Her kindness, consideration, and genuine care made a significant difference to my experience. Thank you for your excellent choice of staff. I truly appreciate the high level of service and hospitality provided.

خدمة رائعة. ضيافة و كرم الغرف واسعة و إطلالة البحيرة جميلة و هادئة. الموقع قريب جدا من جسر الملك فهد للبحرين و قريب من الكرنيش. مطعم بالمت راقي. بوفيه افطار رمضان كبير و بأصناف متعددة. شكرا للأستاذ محمد رجب على الخدمة الراقية في المطعم

Liked everything about this hotel with one exception. Overall experience was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and accommodating. The variety of foods at the restaurant was great. They had gluten free section at breakfast, even though it was small, which is not a complaint rather acknowledgement. The only exception is the location, alot of of the area is still being developed which leaves not many other options for dining or shopping within walking distance. But with that being said, in time I believe this will be in a very sought out destination for future stays. As the views are outstanding, I would stay here again without any hesitation. As the overall quality of the property outweighs the temporary inconvenience.

His support and smooth handling made my stay extremely comfortable.
I also extend my appreciation to Abdullah Al-Aithan for his wonderful attitude and excellent hospitality. A special thank you to Fayaz from the Food & Beverage team for making my stay even more memorable. He kindly took me on a tour of the hotel’s restaurants, was incredibly generous, attentive, and truly made me feel valued as a guest. I am very grateful for his care and attention. Thanks as well to Andy from Food & Beverage for his polite and friendly service. I would also like to express my gratitude to Chef Mohammed Ghanem for his warm welcome and for always ensuring that breakfast was delicious, fresh, and enjoyable for every guest. I would like to highlight the efforts of Mohammed Al-Muallem and Chef Samir, whose contributions played a big role in making my stay calm, relaxing, and truly beautiful. I had an outstanding experience at the Hilton restaurant. The buffet setup was beautifully arranged, spacious with every station looking inviting and well‑organized. The variety was impressive from fresh salads and international dishes to delicious desserts. The quality and taste of the food was as expected, attentive service team, highly recommended.

I worked with Ahmed Sharqawi during a company event, and he was extremely supportive and proactive. He would handle things even before we asked, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Such a great experience the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the housekeeping kept our room spotless daily. The beds were heavenly, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety, though the coffee could have been hotter. The location was perfect for exploring downtown. We'd definitely recommend it, especially for the amazing service.

A very good hotel. Should be the preferred one for those needing to be in close proximity between Al Khobar and Bahrain. Rooms are clean, spacious with comfortable beds / pillows. Furnitures are modern and well maintained. Service level was always consistent and good.
