5th floor is disco bar.Loud music will not let you sleep until 1 am. Dragging chair sounds repeated after 2 am for few nights could only mean they were done by staff.

I always stay there when i visit Amman. Staff are top tier to be honest the friendliest and nicest ever and extremely helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious maybe need a little refurbishment but super clean. Their breakfast is also nice. They also have 2 venues that play music and have great food.

I stayed here for a few days on my last trip to Amman and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff were SO nice and they would assist with anything needed with a smile. We had dinner on the rooftop and the food was delicious, make sure you order the nachos, chicken tenders and wedges. They also have really good coffee which for me is a huge plus. Its location is also great and is a walking distance from nice coffee shops.

Below is my wife experience and comments while staying there. Had experienced terrible nausea and vomiting only to find that the washroom and the room was full of the smell of some sort of smoke. It was coming from some other washroom via the ventilating duct. Additionally I had another issue. I had a 7day stay so upon reaching I gave them 100usd deposit for which they had no receipt or documentation to give me. Then after 4 days I gave them further money but they didn't have any slip to give me until I paid in full. This can be more professional. Washroom soap area was hanging. I had no place to keep the shampoos. They changed the room after the complain and insistence. Staff was very cooperative and helpful.

Hotel is very nice, staff is very decent and cooperative with each guests. Location is in Amman center.

Very pleasant hotel. A bit tired and with most fittings a bit loose, paint splash spots on doors, floors, a bit of mold in window and bathroom corners, but overall a very pleasant hotel that may well have had these minor issues fixed by the time you visit. It also has a very lively rooftop bar. Ask for a room on the lower floors if you have trouble sleeping - or 4th floor for quick access to the stairs for the rooftop bar. I paid 40JD for a good sized double room with a king bed. Drinks are expensive at 6.50JD even for a basic beer but this seems to be a problem in all of Amman.

I would say i was totally satisfied with their services. They lack hospitality services even though they seem friendly. They can't converse well in English. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was a turn down cause there was hardly anything to eat. The server said he would toast the bread for us as I was doing it but he never got it on the table and the next day I did it on my own. The stay was not so welcoming .

Gentillesse du personnel. Chambre vieillissante et mal isolée. Hôtel Très cher pr sa prestation. Emplacement agréable

Mieszkałem w tym hotelu 17 dni, pokój bardzo przestronny i duży, był sprzątany codziennie. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadania niby od 7 ale nieraz o 7:30 jeszcze nie było gotowe. Wybór raczej skromny, ale jedzenie dobre. Dodatkowo panowie proponują omlet lub naleśnik. Ogolnie wrażenia bardzo pozytywne.

I met with tourists there. The location is excellent and located in the heart of the old cultural heart of Amman.

Sitio con clase, atención espectacular y dedicada, el camarero del desayuno es una pasada de profesional y dedicado. Las habitaciones limpias, room service barato, aire acondicionado bueno, desayuno variado y riquisimo, café de verdad, quesos y jamón de verdad. Duchas que no están rotas con buena presión de agua.

I like this boutique family-style hotel a lot; it is cosy, stylish, quiet - despite its location to the Zahran Street and the 3rd circle with roads connecting it easily with all parts of Amman. The rooms are comfortable, staff very friendly striving to make their quests to enjoy a relaxing experience. One example: The shower did not work well in my room the first night, I mentioned it the following morning and the same evening I enjoyed a perfect shower with a brand new equipment; even 5-star hotels might not be so efficient in repairs. From my balcony, I could see the Le Royal Hotel light show at night and am looking forward to come again soon as, on May 1st, 2018, the Hisham Hotel opens the roof-top for guests to enjoy a magnificent view of the district. A quiet walk at the sunset is refreshing and very safe. As I am a regular to this hotel, I have stayed in different rooms; each is a bit different but all cosy and comfortable.
