Hogwarts Cafe Ja-Ela

Hogwarts Café is amazing! The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. The place has a magical vibe, and they even play Harry Potter movies on TV, which makes it feel like you’re really at Hogwarts. Dinusha’s customer service is excellent—very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for all Harry Potter fans!

Calm place and silence. We ordered one noodles half portion and one nasigura half portion. Both two having good taste

Really nice place - well worth a try! Service wasn't the best, but food was good (4 stars) and they even had Harry Potter playing on a TV. I absolutely loved the animated pictures on the wall i thought they were fantastic. They have board games to play while you wait for food which were a nice touch. If you're in the area I do think you should give this a try, really good value for money and a nice experience.

Nice and quiet place in Jaela Town. Food was good, portions are big and the staff was helpful. Waiting time was not that long. Bit dark inside cuz of the theme but good for photos.

14/02/2026- ja ela Very disappointed with the customer service. The waiter seemed uninterested in serving our table .. We felt uncomfortable asking for assistance. While placing the order, the waiter questioned our order in a dismissive manner, asking if that was all we were getting . Although we were polite and ordered quickly, the waiter told us to hurry because he had other work to attend to. That was very rude..We felt rushed and disrespected. And after all he informed us that the food would take about an hour and said that if we couldn’t wait, we should go somewhere else.. very unprofessional behaviour.. despite the situation we stay polite even told him it was okay, we could wait. However, we felt uncomfortable, so we cancelled the order and left had dinner somewhere else. Extremely poor customer service.. If I know his name, I will definitely mention it here so the management can train him.We hope such behaviour is addressed so future customers will mot be treated this way

One of the best places to hangout with friends, family and anyone 🥰. Colourful background of the cafe specially the artworks 🥹 gave me the goosebumps when I entered into that first time🙈. There are no words to say about the food 🤤. My personal favourites are chicken pasta, Mojito and kitkat milkshake 😍. Just try this new adventure and thank me later 😌🙈.

Amazing foods with stunning atmosphere. Excellent customer service and foods are worth for price. Don't forget to listen to the Sorting Hat and spell with wand. Its all magical.

The food tasted good I have to comment on the potion size as it was very generous than expected. It is worth the price you pay. However, the atmosphere is not up to the standard that I expected and also it has very limited parking space.

Don’t buy dried rotti chunks instead of kottu. Not recommended. Don’t waste your money and time. Bought 2 full vegetable kottu packs but there were no vegetable, no gravy. Only dried uncooked rotti chunks😂

Nice place we have visited many time

This is my last time ever i use this restaurant... Food was really bad. This is my second time ordered this noodles which was just disgusting, sorry to use this word, but it's the truth..

I enjoyed the food and the service was also nice. The atmosphere was nice with a great ambience.
