We stayed at the Holiday Inn as a family and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with neat, clean rooms that were serviced daily and kept to a very good standard. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. We had a few requests during our stay, and each one was handled professionally and promptly. We especially appreciated the extra care shown towards our toddler, including special little treats that were prepared for her, which made the stay feel more personal. The breakfast was one of the highlights for us. There was a wonderful variety each morning, and everything was fresh and enjoyable. Overall, the service was reliable, the team was welcoming, and the hotel provided a very comfortable family stay.

That level of consistency and care really makes a difference during a longer stay. The front desk team was equally commendable — always cordial, professional, and helpful whenever needed. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt well taken care of throughout. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great hotel to spend the night when visiting Muscat or fly from the airport the next day. Spacious rooms equipped with all amenities, also very clean. I like the breakfast in particular, lots of choices, egg station can make anything, and good coffee. Thanks in particular to Amit, Bilal and Rechel for providing a wonderful start of the day!

The servers Bilal, Rechel and Rabiul are very approachable. Great customer service and clean up is fast after out meal 10/10. Would recommend However for the food we noticed today in the chicken there is a short curly hair and for the food is less options compare before looking forward for more options in the future..

Ive been to a lot of countries and visited a lot of hotels … the treatment here by the staff atleast deserves 9 stars … The Omani people are so welcoming and polite … they even extended my checkout and kept checking if I needed anything … this not paid nor an enforced review … truly worth the stay … Thanks to Muna Al Balooshi and Mohammed from the reception.

Hotel is very nice Lots of parking space available Accessibility is an issue. You need to take long way to get in and go out of hotel. Service is very nice. Breakfast is really good. Property is very nice but now rooms are old and should be renovated. Although it's in Seeb but it's better to take hotel in Azaiba or Ghapla for Airport

It was a great experience. The staff members in the reception and the cafe are all very polite, helpful, and calm. I stayed in this hotel earlier this week and will be back later this month. My colleague and I stayed at this hotel in connection with the business trip. It's one of the best hotels, I think. Rooms are clean, food is always delicious, perosnal hotel deserves a separate Grace: they are very attentive and capable of solving any problem if it arises. They are very friendly to foreigners.
