Check-in was incredibly fast – it took about three minutes. That was especially valuable to us because we arrived after midnight, completely exhausted. The breakfast offered a diverse menu, so my child found plenty to eat. There were pastries, porridge, yogurt, fruits, as well as cold cuts and cheese. The breakfast suits any nationality – they serve both classic and Indian options, plus various local dishes. The restaurant also serves excellent coffee – latte, cappuccino, americano, and iced coffee, all of great quality. They also offer detox drinks and fresh juices. A nice touch: after checkout, we were able to sit in the hotel lobby, where we were offered drinks – a lovely bonus from the hotel. The waiting area near reception is comfortable, and the staff are attentive and caring. We truly rested and recharged here. Thank you for your hospitality. Another detail we appreciated: as soon as we arrived on the ground floor, our luggage was checked, and after check-in, they promised to bring it to our room – so we didn’t have to carry heavy suitcases ourselves. Highly recommended!

Unlike many hotels that provide bathroom kits such as combs, toothbrushes, and toothpaste by default, Holiday Inn supplies them only on request. This eco-friendly approach is commendable and helps reduce unnecessary waste. The dining experience is also impressive. The service is quick, the dining area is clean and hygienic, and the food is tasty and served on time. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention. It offers a wide variety of delicious options including idli, dosa, poha, puri, salads, juices, and much more. Guests can choose room packages either with breakfast included or without breakfast, where the buffet costs around ₹750+. Although the breakfast price may initially seem slightly high, considering the cleanliness, hygiene, quality of food, and excellent service, it is definitely worth it. An Excellent Venue for Corporate Events: I recently attended a seminar at the Holiday Inn, Zirakpur, and overall, it proved to be a fantastic venue with commendable hospitality. Venue & Atmosphere: The event was hosted in a banquet hall on the 4th floor. Both the hall and the adjoining lobby were impressively spacious. The venue can easily and comfortably accommodate a gathering of 100 to 150 people without feeling congested. The aesthetic appeal of the hall was elevated by stunning chandeliers and impeccable lighting, creating a highly professional yet elegant atmosphere. Facilities & Technical Setup: For a corporate seminar, the audiovisual infrastructure is crucial, and the hotel delivered flawlessly. The projection screen was crystal clear, and the sound system was exceptional, ensuring a seamless experience for the attendees. The washrooms were well-maintained and hygienic, though it is worth noting that basic amenities like a hand dryer and a shoe-shining machine were unexpectedly missing. Food & Hospitality: The culinary experience was largely a delight, backed by an incredibly polite and attentive staff. The appetizers were the undeniable highlight—the crunchy fish, chili chicken, kebabs, and the vegetarian platter were absolutely mouth-watering. However, the main course experienced a slight dip in quality; the lahsuni (garlic) chicken was quite disappointing and failed to match the stellar standard set by the starters. Convenience: Arriving and departing was completely hassle-free, thanks to the efficient valet parking service, which operated smoothly with a remarkably minimal waiting time. Verdict: Despite a minor culinary misstep in the main course and a few missing restroom amenities, Holiday Inn Zirakpur stands out as a premium, well-equipped, and highly hospitable choice for hosting seminars and mid-sized corporate gatherings.

The hotel is well maintained and well applinted except for assitiinal mirrors in the room. Next to impossible to do makeup!!! Food service is great, specifically F&B Associates, and more specifically Anubha. Our event was in the Savitri 3 banquet hall, and pur F&B associate Krishna and team managed our large group of multiple days extremely well. Location is outside of what is considered "main" Chandigarh (so I've been told) all in all a great stay for our event.

Amazing experience at Holiday Inn Chandigarh. Overall stay was very good. Food was good. Room was neat and clean with good size. Bathroom was ok too. Lights in room were good too. Staff were good. Morning buffet was good too. Cleanliness was properly maintained. Location is on main road adjacent to Park Plaza on highway. Reception is on 5th floor. Security at main gate can be improved. Overall good ambience and good hospitality.

Myself and my wife had a good stay in Holiday Inn Zikarpura Punjab India. They provide good food for breakfast and comfortable Hospitality.The room was very peaceful and super clean. Their staff Radhika (internship) was very polite and understanding in handling guess needs during my breakfast in the viva restaurant. Went for buffet, food was good but something was missing. There was a variety of selections in main course and desserts however more options in snacks could've been there. The ambience and service was excellent as expected. Over-all dining experience was good

Namaste, Stay date: 19th February 2026. After a long day full of travel we checked in at the hotel late night past 11:00pm. We did face the situation which I rather not mention here. Instead, let me grab the opportunity to thank the team on how they addressed the situation. To begin with, Mr. Gulshan Kumar very gracefully listened to our concerns and right away took immediate necessary steps to rectify the situation. The way Gulshanji served us in an undesired situation is an example of remarkable service. His approach has transformed our unpleasant stay to very satisfying happy departure. Human errors are inevitable in hospitality industry especially when it deals with high human footfalls, one such faced by us today. Fortunately, we the customers can be rest assured when we have exemplary human resources like Gulshanji, Viratji, Amitji, Karanjeetji, Anjaliji, bell boy Ankitji, etc. who did not look back to keep the standards high and provided unexceptional comfort and service to us. 🙏

Hotel rooms are very specious. Restaurant food and service are very good. Anubha attend our group and very helpful and given very nice service to us. I recommend to visit once and specially come for wedding. We enjoyed a lot. 😍😍

It was supposed to be 5 star rated but the room was above average and the restaurant breakfast buffet didn’t had many options … the food served from the live counters was cold by the time it reached ur table. I had taken there spa services the Masseus was good but what is wrong with the rooms it was very open (like blinds style walls with very giggle of the other staff audible) … relaxation felt like a joke in there. The lobby is on 5th floor so basically you enter from LG n then take your bags up cause the bell boys were busy a bit handling the traffic … going on 5th floor you have the reception… no welcome drinks nothing felt like 5 star convenience. Not for me!
