Holland & Barrett Dubai Mall

Very disappointing experience with Holland & Barrett Dubai. I ordered two products but only received one, and customer service has been zero. I tried calling, messaging, there is absolutely no response - it’s been a week. I even spoke to a store manager as I couldn’t get through customer service and she kept saying she was “checking with the team,” yet I still received no proper update or resolution. I am still owed a refund. As someone familiar with the UK stores, the level of service here is exceptionally low. I wouldn’t recommend you to shop or order there.

Precisely on Friday 17th October, I bought quite a number of supplements from Holland and Barrett, Dubai Mall which was over 1,500aed. Also, I came there from another emirate because of the product's quality. I was told there was offer of buy 2 get 1, so I bought Magnesium which I clearly told the lady staff to sell to me Magnesium Glycinate due to my inability to sleep well, but ended up giving me Magnesium citrate, possibly because it was not selling as much as the other which I originally wanted or for whatever the reason might me. I bought other supplements too, as I needed to start talkng them, but I noticed she was not me a great deal of attention to my request and queries which had cost me this right now. I did notice she was not paying me a great deal of attention, however I overlooked it because I was just happy I finally got to the store. Please staff, pay close attention to customers as supplements for me is not just popping pills, it is used to a purpose and as such the correct product is essential. Thank you.

I would like to compliment Tuka from H&B Dubai Mall. I placed an online order and didn't receive the whole order and after making several attempts to resolve it via email, telephone and WhatsApp i failed so I met Tuka and she assured me she would solve this and she did😁 the product was at my door inside the next hour. She was the only person who helped me.so thank you Tuka 🙏

Holland & Barrett offers a fantastic range of wellness products. I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful with guiding me to the best options for my needs. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find products. While prices are a bit higher, the quality justifies it. I recently visited the Holland & Barrett store in Dubai Mall, and I had a fantastic experience! Prices are 30% more than UK Extremely Expensive .. go for other warehouse pharmacy much cheaper

I was in Dubai recently and happy to see Holland and Barrett there. It has Lots of products to choose from, friendly, and helpful staff. All very organised and tidy. Easy to shop in and staff are very knowledgeable to help. Big thanks to all the staff there!

I like going to hnb dubai mall. I find my teas and peanut powder which I always use for my cooking.staffs are all great. Very helpful with my queries.they have also good promos like buy 1 get 1.

Wanted to buy Cod Liver on Capsules. However the capsules contain Gelatine. these are made in the UK and these are not Halal. Only those containing Fish Gelatine are Halal and they did nit have. disappointed to see these kept amongst halal items.

Better to take product from the next shop in cheaper price

Visited Dubai recently and had a chance to shop here and I would say it's very nice to shop at. Staffs are wonderful, very knowledgeable and have good service.

I went to hnb dubai mall coz of my colds and flu. The staff recommended me vit c zinc and manuka honey. After 2 days it was gone. Really love it. The staff assisted me well.

I have decided to not shop at this store in Dubai Mall anymore. Used to spend at least more than 1k per month here. Am not sure why but the quality of service and helpfulness of staff has dropped dramatically. Went there twice in a week and staff was not polite in advising when a product would be coming in again. One particular Indian fair guy with glasses was really a turn off when speaking to him, was there on 6 March 2019 in the evening. Will take my business elsewhere.
