Hollywood Department Store L.L.C

I went Hollywood supermarket at Burdubai to exchange the clothes due to quality defects but they didn’t exchange and manager ALI behavior was very rude and not professional and cashier as well rude . What action taken please let me know. Thanks

OMG I’m so shocked why people are complaing about the staff to smile they are there to serve which there are doing very good they are not spose to give a smile to 1000 peoples who are going there . Are you giving them some extra tip no right , you’re paying for your stuff so go buy and come back don’t expect a smile just for nothing .plz change your concept

Price is good but cashier 2 lady is not good for cashiering😡😡😡. she didn't smile for customer and when i ask for sometimes she angry with everytime.i am regular customer .i didn't recommended my friends and my realtive for this store. she didn't have manner .she didn't know how to treat with customer .if you want good store please change cashir staff or cashier staff behivour.i didn't like that one.she face is every time angry please replace cashiers staffs.😡😡😡😡
