Worst experience. They took 1 hour to get the products ready, only to tell me that everything isn’t available. This is after invoicing me. It’s been 6 days since I have been invoiced with no delivery. The staff in Nawala have no idea what’s going on. Extremely unprofessional - don’t buy from these guys.

I have choose this company for 4 new bathroom sets, and when I get there to collect my order I've been waiting for two hours in their warehouse. Even after i have comunicate my arrival the order wasn't prepared. Lack of communication between warehouse and showroom management it's embarrassing. Will never use or recommend this company anymore.

Terrible customer service. Avoid using this company as they will try to give you old damaged stock and no after care for faulty items

Went to buys bathroom items and I really like their products. The price is okay. But not cheap.
