I had a different experience with Homes r us! Some were really good n other were the worst ever. The staff in Muscat mall branch are way nicer n more friendly than the ones in Grand mall. I absolutely don’t like their offers policy.

Their home decor collection is worth noting. However, beware of their furniture as they don't offer any warranty whatsoever. It feels like they don't stand by the quality of their stuff.

This branch of the Homes R Us is conveniently located in the heart of Muscat Grand Mall which underwent renovation and extention lately. It displays a wide range of furniture and home appliances and accessories. Thier prices are relatively reasonable especially during sales times. They offer free delivery when the goods purchased are more than 100 Omani Riyals.

Dear home r us, I had very bad experience with one of your delivery drivers! He was delivery some furniture to my neighbour house in Bousher today .as he was blocking my car !. I did ask him nicely to remove his truck as place has plenty of parking so that I can park my car on my house .he and your staff with him was very rude and they did not show any respect nor response to my requiste which was very disappointing!..as in the end they are representing your brand name and I am regualer customer with you ad well ,therfore I am writing for your kind attention ! Excellent furniture i would love to buy goods from here for my home.They need to give discout direct and waive of the price,instead to encourage buy other goods.Anyway they are on the best top list in the country.

Wide selection of home items. Definitely worth a visit. similar to what you'll find in Home Center.. but less options
