Bought a Perla 3 sofas set, on March 8th, delivery supposed to be on Thursday March 12th, they didn't deliver it on time. It arrived today March 15th Homes r us delivered three dirty sofas full of stains, and told us we don't have stock The sofas color is cream white We rejected it and know Eid is coming we have an empty guest room, we can't have any Eid celebration with family and friends because of their failure, neve dealing with them a gain.

The refund process is excessively slow, taking 40 minutes.

**Avoid** Bought a bed and some bedside tables, they delivered on 29th May and some of the components were missing, not really a problem, they came back the next day and finished the installation. The bed however was creaky immediately, not solid at all. I called and informed Homes r Us that the bed is damaged. Apparently since the bed was installed already they cannot refund or replace the item(!?!?!?). I was told that they will consider giving store credit and that they will call me back but for some reason I am not surprised that I have not heard back from them. I will buy another bed from a reputable sources and recommend that you avoid shopping here, they know they sell garbage if they do not accept refunds or replacements even if they complete the installations themselves. **Avoid**

I ordered a large dining table that suppose to be delivered today from 3:00pm till 6:00pm. I have been waiting for 15 minutes for the delivery guy to call and send him my location or inform me about the delivery time, BUT HE DIDN't!!! I called to customer service regarding my order and finally checked with the delivery guy who changed deliver time without informing me from 6:00pm till 9:00pm!!!! Why you ask the customer for the delivery hour in the first place if you are delivering the item on the time that you wanted??? SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

مكان يمكن أن يقال عنه في رأيي (متحف للأثاث والأدوات والمستلزمات المنزلية)... رائع🏅. و لكنه في نفس الوقت ذو أسعار عالية في الكثير من مقتنياته "على الأقل بالنسبة ولراتبي 685 $. لكن انصح من باستطاعته اقتناء المضمون وما يزيد منزله جمالاً ، لأنه أعجبني فعلاً ما يعوضونه في هومز آر اس. Homes r Us

Ordered 4 stools, was told they couldn't be delivered. When I got to the store to collect them, they tried to give me 2 instead of 4. The box was so large only a large commercial truck would be able to take it. When I offered to try and fit the 4 stools in the car separately they only offered to try with two as they could not find the other two. The manager on the floor was beyond rude and made the whole process hard and more difficult. In the end I had to request a cash back or I'd complain to the ministry of commerce at which point what was impossible was possible. In the end got my.money back instead of the stools I did want.i won't be going back there ever and I know a number of my family have also said the same

Very nice shopping after they redecorated the place. Better household variety than before for most of their items. Its worth to check out during sales periods too!

Quite a few choices for different types of furniture and.accessoties...decorative lights.. and other house hold items .. However, the place appeared a little congested in respect to the items offered place is offering discount now ..

Great furniture place nice selections, a must go to, however sadly we didn't find a dining table suitable for us :(

مكان جميل للتسوق فيما يتعلق بالمستلزمات الخاصة بالمنزل الاسعار نوعا ما معقوله
