Homes R Us - Mall of Oman

One of the worst branches ever !! Especially the manager I have purchased a table and apparently the table is designated only for ground floor and we live in a flat, so obviously the table couldn’t fit. When I purchased the table, no one asked the type of place, whether it’s a villa or a flat, and they have a specific paper to know the answer for this question. During the purchase no one mentioned that this is table is designated only for ground floor. When I talked to the manager he suggested to get a small table which I have stated that we can’t go with this option. So when I told him it was not our fault for not being informed, he arrogantly said “is it my fault that your entryway is small?” !! I told him it’s your fault for not informing us that this is only for ground floor!! And he again in an insulting way said “when you buy house stuff you should know these kind of things”!! It’s his and team responsibility to mention this stuff to the customers ,, Update After 2 days, a different store manager has contacted me and has explored other ways to deliver the item, and they actually did !! The team is soo incredible they went to an extend to bringing a truck and deliver the table through the window!! I mean wow !! I am truly amazed with their service and with the quality of their work. i would like to especially thank mr. Mohsin (assistant store manager) for not giving up and ensuring customer satisfaction.

It's got a very large collection of items to everyday use. The staff are very friendly and professional. The only comment is the blocking of the walkways with carts full of items for refilling the shelves vy the staff. This needs to be done at times when the presence of customers is the least.

My son accidentally broken a candle holder with a glass on top of it by accident worth 26 Omr, I have asked what should be done and was ask to pay for the item...should it be covered by store or some type of insurance? I asked the staff and said they dont have insurance for it still and under process....I was charged for the broken item with 35% off but still paid for 18.200 Omr which i believe is not fair!

اخذت من عندهم جلسه كبيرة وبمبلغ كبير ما كملت سنة صار فيها قطع ف نص الجلسة جيوا كم مره عشان تخييط المشكله وترجع نفسها ماعرف هل يستخدموا الشكل الخارجي كتسويق لمنتجاتهم وبعد ذلك يتخلوا عن العميل وبعد فترة يقولوا لك ما في ضمان ما نقدر نجيك
