I’ve been a regular guest at HOOF Al Jada for quite some time now, and the service has always been exceptional. That’s the main reason I keep coming back. The coffee is really good, and consistency has never been an issue. That said, over time I’ve noticed the staff numbers getting smaller, and as a guest, it’s hard not to feel concerned. The team is clearly doing their best despite the pressure. Big shout-out to Manager Jen and Barista Mercy, along with the rest of the team, for maintaining great service and standards no matter what. Their dedication really shows. To the management: please take care of your people. They are truly your best asset. I don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes, but something clearly needs to change to make your team feel secure and happy—they deserve it. Kudos to the whole team for their hard work and consistency. 💯
